Most people know me for my naked yoga, but strength training has been part of my life for years. These days, I don’t train just for performance or aesthetics. I train for strength, mobility, recovery, and longevity; to keep doing what I love for as long as possible. 🤍

Feeling overwhelmed or like there’s never enough time to take care of yourself? 🌿 Sometimes, all you need is 5 minutes to slow down and reconnect. Put your phone aside, feel your feet on the ground, close your eyes, and take a few deep, gentle breaths. Give yourself permission to pause without feeling guilty about it. Then do something small that feels good for you. Drink a glass of water, stretch your body, step outside for some sunlight, or write down how you're feeling. Self-care doesn't always have to be a long yoga session, an elaborate morning routine, or an hour of meditation. Sometimes it's simply choosing to be present with yourself for a few minutes. 🤍 I've learned that the smallest habits, when practiced consistently, can create the biggest changes in how we feel and experience life. So instead of trying to build the perfect routine, start with something so simple that you can actually stick to it. And remember, rest is productive too. You don't always have to be doing something to be taking care of yourself. ✨ What’s one small thing you do every day just for yourself? #SelfCare #Mindfulness #HealthyHabits

Watching the sunset every day is one of my FAVORITE activities ever! Plus, it's important to keep my circadian rhythm in sync, so ideally I like to be able to see the sunrise and the sunset. Do you like sunsets? 🏖️ This one was in Boracay, Philippines.🥰🌇 #sunsetlovers

Teaching Zumba brought me SO much joy. 💃🔥 The music, the energy, the adrenaline of moving together… there’s nothing quite like it. I still dance every week to practice my choreography (and get my cardio in 😜) Movement has always been one of my favorite ways to feel alive💗

Flow, don’t force. ✨🌊 Our body, our energy, our feminine essence are constantly speaking to us. Yet, how often do we try to impose a rhythm, to push, to control everything? How do you notice when you’re pushing too hard? How do you reconnect with your balance? #FeminineEnergy

For years, fitness meant pushing harder, even when my body was hurting. At 30, I learned to step back, simplify, and build strength at my own pace. 💪 4 years later, the results speak for themselves. True strength starts with listening to your body, not fighting it. 🤍

❄️ The hardest part of an ice bath isn't the cold. It's learning how to respond to discomfort. That first shock reminds me of how we react to stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions in everyday life. Our instinct is often to resist, escape, or shut down. But I've learned that real strength isn't about suppressing what we feel. It's about staying present with those feelings without letting them control us. Every time I step into the ice, I practice exactly that. I notice the discomfort, focus on my breath, and remind myself that not every uncomfortable sensation means danger. And the most beautiful part? This practice follows me outside the water, into relationships, difficult conversations, and everyday challenges. 🤍 Emotional regulation isn't about never feeling overwhelmed. It's about learning to find your way back to yourself. #IceBath #Mindfulness #EmotionalRegulation

Mobility work has become one of my biggest priorities over the past few years. 🌿 I incorporate it into almost everything I do, from my daily yoga practice to warming up before a workout. It might look simple, but mobility training is hard work! It’s not just about stretching. It’s about building strength and control throughout your range of motion. Since making it a priority, I’ve noticed incredible improvements in how my body moves and feels. It has also played a huge role in helping me recover from old injuries. 🤍 This particular exercise is my absolute favorite! I practice it every single day and recommend it to my friends and clients. The improvements we've experienced have been amazing. While it mainly targets shoulder mobility, its benefits can extend beyond the shoulders because everything in our body is connected. Remember, being flexible is one thing. Being strong and in control of your movements is another. 💪✨ #MobilityTraining #BodyAwareness #HealthyMovement
