This woman is severely deluded. What Rossana is suggesting is mentally ill people don't commit violent crimes and CPD respond to emergency calls with their guns drawn. Sadly, mentally ill people do commit violent crimes and are even more dangerous when they possess a weapon. This is all lost on Rossana, who believes CPD is the problem and mentally ill people should enjoy immunity from the criminal justice system.

Wouldn't priest or nun involved with Catholic Charities, Mercy Home, or Misericordia been a better choice to have an audience with the Pontiff than Davis Gates? We think so.
