Good morning!😊 I slept like a log last night. Sure enough, my whole body is sore this morning. Yesterday's workout was really great!🙌💪 I finally got out of bed and am massaging myself with my massage gun. (Still wearing my mouthguard)😅 I'm going to get ready and head to the gym now!😆 Everyone, please stay safe! And may you all have a pleasant and happy day!🫶🤗

I massaged myself longer with the massage gun and it felt better! Today I'm training at a new gym! I'm super excited 😆❤️ Hope you all have a blessed day 🤗✨🩷🍀

In my dream, it was already 1 p.m., and I panicked thinking I had to get up quickly! 😳😅 This morning, my core from yesterday's workout and my back from the personal gym session are killing me. I'm going to stretch it out now, get ready, and head to the gym. 😊 Hope you all have a peaceful and comfortable time🍀🫶🤗👋

Today’s abs💪 Practice using abdominal pressure Training to move the pelvis, hip joints, iliopsoas, and gluteus medius muscles Shoulders with barbells and dumbbells Rowing 20min Core training with TRX I was able to get to the gym early again today, so I was able to do various shoulder training exercises (I don't know the names of them all😅).
