The shop worker claims the British man used fake payment slips to obtain cannabis worth 29,200 baht without paying. After reportedly searching for him for several weeks, the shop worker said he spotted the man on August 30 and chased him down when he tried to leave on a motorcycle. Both men later went to a police station, where the British man agreed to repay the money in instalments.
