Rightfully so. Mikko clearly pushes Romanov into the boards. It's crazy that anyone is trying to defend this, it's a dirty play.

Nathan MacKinnon retrieved the puck at center ice, skated through multiple defenders like they didn't even exist then proceeded to sauce Valeri Nichushkin the most ridiculous backhand pass i have ever seen. Nate Dogg isn't human.

Colorado has simply achieved flow state as a team on the back of Nathan MacKinnon and Cale Makar, appearing almost unstoppable while making complex and difficult plays look like nothing. Nate slapped the puck from one knee without ever slowing down.

Been thinking about Necas passing up a hat trick to get Landeskog what he deserved, reminiscent of Nate passing up a trick to get LOC his first career three goal game. It's about brotherhood, selflessness and leadership, foundational pieces the Colorado Avalanche are built on.
