Let’s talk about taxes. Do you own a rental property? If so, are you paying Rental Income Tax? If you earn Frw 180,000 or more per year from renting out a property, you are required to register for Rental Income Tax. The tax is calculated on 50% of the rental income you receive. Watch the video as Emma Claudine Ntirenganya, Spokesperson for the City of Kigali, explains how it works.
