This lady, who lives in the resort district of VA Beach, VA, was arrested for being outside of her apartment smoking a cigarette after 9:30pm. There is a curfew for all ages in VA Beach in the oceanfront area, and no one can be outside their hotel, apartment, house, etc.... because of a shooting that happened sometime in the past. A night out at the North Hills Cinema in Raleigh, NC. The Young Blood movie was playing, and over 30 police had to be called because of disturbances and fights. Theater shut down as well as Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, and Ben&Jerry's shutdown. The parents need to be held accountable for their kids.
