Wasn’t able to post this until now. Since in the NCAA’s infinite wisdom you cannot post voluntary off season workouts. Heaven forbid amongst NIL and the portal a D3 kid on no scholarship or NIL gets a little recognition. Carter Chandler worked his butt off, never missed workout , never missed reps. Was experimenting with some Dynamic Squat movements today and I am liking the banded Zercher. Could fit in good to a "game day" lift. Paired well with a med ball granny if you had the space. Really like these variations of the Inverted Row. Simple, effective and checks a lot of boxes. Loop band on bar and then put through opening in safety bar / trying to get full 180 turn / knees stay bent / don't think we could go more than a green band - but could raise J hooks, or lower safety bars for more tension. #strengthandconditioning #strengthcoach #invertedrow #rotationalmovements #workout #athlete
