Obviously, once the routine is learned, the time is cut in half. I think it’s important for injury prevention (prehab) and loosening the soft tissue / fascia / fluid part of an athletes body. Kids are playing more and more today as compared to 5, 10, 15 years ago. I believe we have to educate ourselves on how best to prepare our players bodies for workouts and practice.
