I can’t believe this kid is still available. Jackson Gaffney is a 6’8” shooter/scorer that can play the 1-4. He had a few offers and plenty of conversations but nothing materialized yet. We are talking to schools and looking at other options but just dealing with D1 schools right now. Not interested in D2 or Juco. My advice…… invite him in to play against your guys. He definitely don’t look like a freshman He’s very athletic for a 6’8 white kid. He also plays with and without the ball. I am willing to bet, he would start most school A10 and under. Call me Jackson Gaffney

I am thankful for all the AAU teams reaching out to Tammar. AAU isn’t a priority for us for multiple reasons right now. We would only consider it as a show and tell rather than an exposure thing. The recruiting and the exposure for Tammar is going great. We plan on taking him on some unofficial visits but staying focused on the repetition and the weigh training to prepare for his next level. Tammar plays and practices more than most, we just don’t play AAU. We go hard and play 5-6 days a week against college and professional basketball players which allows him to compete against bigger and better players. In our environment, we make sure he touches and the everyone plays the right way. This makes getting better so much easier.

Small guards need to study Merrimack guard Budd Clark (Budd) - NEC Conference Champion & NEC Rookie of the Year - Some players are gifted athletically or physically, Clark thrives at pattern recognition and preying on players that are uncomfortable and/or inexperienced. Picks and chooses his spots wisely - even in an open run situation. Savvy, High IQ, Diligent, Gets to spots, & Creates off the bounce. You may never have the athleticism or height of some of these top players - But you can be Budd Clark. Merrimack Men’s Basketball

Talked with Jackson Gaffney and family yesterday and we appreciate all the non D1 love but he’s only focusing on D1 schools. Big guard means mobile 4 or standstill 3. This next situation, we want to do more things on the ball and be able to push the ball. Please remember, we gained 20 lbs and willing to come and workout. Text me 610-416-2603

7'0" Tammar Brown is re-entering the competitive landscape. Following a thoughtful decision-making process, we elected to pursue a junior college pathway to ensure sufficient time for paperwork and visa formalities. The support services provided by Garden City Community College were impressive, and we appreciate their dedication. Although the basketball experience at Garden City fell short of our expectations, we acknowledge that each program has its unique dynamics. We are now excited to explore alternative opportunities that better align with our aspirations. A critical component of our strategy will be a focused effort during the spring and summer to restore my confidence and elevate my performance through individualized training, structured conditioning, strength training, and film review. This period has been marked by growth and self-reflection, and we are committed to capitalizing on the lessons learned. With a strong academic standing and interest from Division 1 coaches, we are evaluating the potential benefits of another junior college year versus an international opportunity. The primary objective remains to refine my skills and secure the best possible fit.

7’ F Tammar Brown (Tammar) impressed NBA scouts & finished top 60 as he went head to head against many of the top bigs in the country at Pangos All-American Camp Not only did Tammar prove that he belonged, he stood out - With some scouts going as far as stating he’s a one and done candidate. Are we ready to make Tammar a top five center in the class of 2025? 🔥💰🍿 “He’s an active screen setter.” - Detriot Pistons Scout “He’s getting the ball in prime post positions.” - Los Angeles Lakers Scout

Tammar Brown looks like he is Juco bound or willing to sit out one year.

7’0” power forward Tammar Brown is available for 2025. We are either going high major, mid major, Juco, or NAIA. We will play in the Juco All American showcase in July. Tammar also has overseas interest as well so we decided to keep all options open. Tammar is fundamentally sound and a very good athlete. Skilled both on the perimeter and around the rim. He rebounds, block shots, and finishes as well as most 7’0 bigs. I want him to move more and flash more but obviously that depends on the next team he plays for. I also think he needs to be quicker and more aggressive to score but he’s very patient and shoots a high percentage. There’s not too many players regardless of level that will out work him. Tammar only has 2 years of playing experience so we are still addressing instinctual things most big men might lack especially with defensive help and movement/spacing on the offensive end. I think he 25 pounds from being a pro. Tammar Rocktop Academy Basketball Finders Coach Tino

7' F Tammar Brown (Tammar) will be in the NBA in a couple years. Working on moving his game out to the perimeter, he's going to be a mobile four that can shoot, put it on the floor, rebound, block shots, and finish around the rim. He's becoming more confident, he sees his self worth, and he's working out like he's on a two year plan to make some money. #BetOnYourself

6’7” combo guard Earle Greer just hit the portal today. He took a medical redshirt this 24-25 season and he has 3 years left. I told you before I think Earle is special because he has things you can’t teach. Earle is a smart player with a NBA scoring package, passes as well as any point guard, and knows how to score in half court as well as the full court. No juco or D2 …. Has low and mid level offers now. Looking for the best fit. He’s more than a shooter because of his ability to create for others as well as himself. He’s a mid level wing but a high Major Combo. After seeing K State play, it lets me know how important it is to have a Ryan Archey guard that can get you a bucket and make a play. Meet Ryan Archey. He can get a bucket with a hand n his face and run a team against anyone. He gotD1s offers and D2s offers with a 3.3 GPA and 1200 SATs. Easily he’s a mid major plus. A prolific jump shot.

Jon Byrd heard from a couple of D1 schools and several D2 and Junior Colleges. I thought he was done and the coaches that recruited him either got fired or moved to higher levels and he got stranded especially when the portal opened. He can’t be pressed and he’s the perfect pass first point guard. Track star and lock down defender that will find the scorers and help you win. He a real leader and when we say point guards are hard to find ….. I’m telling you he can hoop. Invite him in to see for yourself. Jon
