That Grand Jury in Ft. Pierce has been at it for 6 months. When you put a grand jury of 23 people in a room for over 6 months something has to give. Keep an eye on Florida. Witnesses that have been confirmed by public reporting as being subpoenaed include: • John Brennan (former CIA Director) • James Clapper (former Director of National Intelligence) • Andrew McCabe (former FBI Deputy Director) • Peter Strzok (former FBI counterintelligence agent) • Lisa Page (former FBI lawyer) • James Comey (former FBI Director) was subpoenaed last week. These individuals (along with many lower-level officials involved in the 2016–2017 Russia probe) received subpoenas earlier in the investigation—some as far back as late 2025, with additional rounds issued since. Reports indicate over 100–130 subpoenas total have been issued in this probe so far. All related to the Russia investigation and Intelligence Community Assessment. A federal grand jury is usually 23 people and you need 12 out of 23 to issue an indictment. They’ve been at it for 180 days. There’s a mountain of material they must be digging through.
