52 years old huh?!? Bring it on!! Age is just a number and if you take care of your body, mind & soul you’ll never feel or look your age. Sure I’ve got bumps and bruises, torn quad, hernia above my belly button but that won’t make me quit. I’ll get those fixed and keep going like my life depends on it . . . because it does!! Cheers to another year around the sun!!

Shoulder day always means side lateral dumbbell realizes. No swinging the weight up, lifting the weight and keeping tension on the delts. 3 sets of this compound sets with upright rows. Then we finish with seated machine side lateral raises compound sets with rear delt cable flies. I always start with seated dumbbell shoulder presses. Still sitting at 260lbs.

First time ever doing Bulgarian split squats and man did they burn my quads and glutes!!!!
