It was almost like he thought if he rolled enough, he could roll the bath right off! You always knew he was about to roll because he would trot over to his favorite spot, stop, look around as if to check if anyone was watching, then plop down earthquake-style and start rolling. He took his job very seriously, especially when it involved trying to open the water bucket or when Grandpa would get the hose out.
