As part of my routine, Friday is one of the days I dedicate to working out. Today here in Germany, I chose to wear a jersey gifted to me by the Muteesa I Royal University University football team (The Lions) after winning the University League competition. 🦁⚽ I chose this shirt to send a message to the youth, especially students and footballers, about the importance of staying physically active and keeping our bodies fit through regular exercise. 💪🏾

I call upon the authorities to release Dr. Kizza Besigye, the Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to try him and other civilians in the general court martial, therefore where the rule of law prevails, then court orders have to be complied with.
