.Kathy Hochul and Zohran Kwame Mamdani should be shitting bricks right about now! Alliance Bernstein has completed their exodus from Manhattan to Nashville. They decided employee ‘quality of living’, cost of living, taxes, crime and so many other issues that makes it difficult to do business in New York just isn’t worth it anymore. Without high-values businesses to help support the Socialist economy in and around NYC, New York is going to suffer. Keep it up Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani … keep pushing out your tax base and see what happens!

I agree with Jessie Watters on this … It’s weird that Michelle Obama would complain that Trump is coming between their marriage. But then again, Michelle goes on every podcast that will have her complaining about Barack, blaming white women for how she wears her hair, and the fact that she had to pay for groceries & plane tickets for her daughters while they were in the White House. Trump is living RENT FREE in Michelle’s head and the Obamas are actually BLAMING HIM for their marriage problems! I also agree with Jesse that the world knows more about the Obama’s marriage than they know about their own marriage … and it’s not like we care to know, they just keep over sharing.
