I was in Florence, Italy, last August. I sat at this exact restaurant with friends. The waiter recognized that we were speaking Hebrew. From that moment on, he ignored us while serving everyone else. When we repeatedly asked for the menus, he started calling us names, accusing us-like the rest of the pro-Pali lunatics. We tried to have a civilized conversation and explain Israel’s point of view. It was useless. When his boss joined the confrontation, we got up and left. I don’t remember his name. I only remember that he was Spanish. Seeing how the people he supports smashed his restaurant on New Year’s Eve makes me wonder whether he now understands what we were trying to explain to him. Maybe. What do you think ?
