The notion that merely curtailing Andrew’s little country pursuits, such as shooting parties, constitutes meaningful consequence is absurd. If the monarchy wishes to preserve even a shred of dignity, his Dukedom should be rescinded, his place in the Order of the Garter withdrawn, and his position as Counsellor of State struck off without ceremony… and really, it’s high time his profile vanished from the royal website altogether.
