Bitcoin is getting ready to trigger a Golden Cross. 8 out of the last 9 times this happened, Bitcoin went into bull mode. Even if this triggers a massive bull, bull market does NOT mean up only. Bitcoin could trigger this incredibly bullish signal, run higher, and then still dump 20-30% into a higher low. Both can be true. And when you zoom out, this setup gets even more interesting. Post-QT normalization is coming to an end. The business cycle is shifting toward expansion. And this signal is showing up at a point that looks far more like the BEGINNING of a cycle than the end. Clarity Act deal is done! Potential timeline is as follows... Markup: week of May 11. Senate floor: June or July. Trump's desk: this summer. Genius Act passed at the cycle top. Clarity Act looks like it might pass at the cycle bottom. Stable coin yield took a hit in the compromise. But everything else from jurisdictional clarity, staking protections, defi safe harbors, to capital formation, is still in. Bullish!

HUGE: Thune filed cloture on CLARITY at 5am this morning. Hours before the Senate cleared out for recess. This means the first possible vote is Sept 15, and Punchbowl News is reporting they will vote in the 2pm hour. To be clear, this isn't CLARITY passing. But massive step 1!

The first real crypto bull market in 6 years is approaching! The 2025 Bitcoin ATH looked like a bull market, but it wasn't THE bull market. And you should be glad it wasn't. It was ETF flows and an election trade. Real money, but a flows event...not an economic expansion. Price Bitcoin in gold instead of dollars and it hardly even made a new high. 🚨BREAKING: SEC sends new crypto custody proposal to the White House. $176.8 trillion sits with SEC-registered investment advisors managing money for 73.7 million Americans. Right now almost none of it can touch spot crypto because the custody rulebook has no clean path. This new filing fixes that. The ETF was always the workaround. $54B flowed through it because advisors couldn't hold the asset directly. Fix custody and you stop widening the workaround....you open the actual door. Altcoins have gone five years without a bull market and this is their last chance. More proof the 4 year cycle is an illusion. Total crypto market cap vs the S&P 500. The 2021 high has still not been reclaimed. Crypto never broke out and away from the S&P in 2024-2025 because that wasn't the bull market. Five to six years of sideways is not what a bull market looks like. That wasn't a four year cycle. That was a record-breaking contraction going back to the 1940s, and a tightening cycle crypto had to survive. PMI just broke 55, contraction is ending, and expansion is starting. Copper/gold bottoms, S&P runs, Russell breaks out, and crypto moves last. That's the order. So the best news for every crypto holder right now is simple: the bull market hasn't happened yet. FED pivots and QT ends in 3 days. Last time this happened, September 2019... $LINK was around $2 (now $13) $ADA was around 5 cents (now .40) $XRP was around 29 cents (now $2) Same BTC pair levels. Same risk score zones. Different prices. The macro is lining up. PMI expansion coming. Liquidity pressure coming off. This is only data. Important data.

Amazon: $2.82T All of crypto: $2.19T One company is worth more than every coin combined. In 2001 Amazon was down 95%. At $2B valuation, the headlines said it was over. 2,400 days past its high it was still down 76%. From there: 87,000% gains to this day. ETH is down 61%. ADA down 94%. LINK down 82%. Being a macro value investor crypto bull is my play.

EDIT: MASSIVE BREAKOUT! Bitcoin has been sideways for two months now and seller exhaustion on-chain is at record lows. Then you look at altcoins. The 20 week just fell below the 200 week. Last two times that happened were 2019 and 2023 bottoms. Post QT normalization, PMI turning, bottom indicators. Combos that haven't happened since 2019. Nothing's confirmed and I'm watching to see if Bitcoin can take $67K.
