Ndi Enugu are increasingly seeing the clear benefits of aligning with the party at the centre of national power and politics. • Under President Tinubu's administration, the South East Development Commission was established, with headquarters in Enugu. • President approved the concession of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, including the completion of the abandoned international terminal and the construction of a new cargo terminal, finally making the airport truly international and not merely in name. The first Nigerian airport to be successfully concessioned. • President Tinubu, chairing the Federal Executive Council, approved ₦24 billion for the construction of the 82 Division/Abakpa Junction Flyover in Enugu. • The President also approved the immediate and expedited reconstruction of the collapsed twin New Artisan Bridge. • President Tinubu gave approval for the speedy construction of Eke Obinagu Flyover, Emene, arguably the longest in the South East, in support of the dualisation of the 21.7km Abakaliki Road from the Airport Flyover to the Ebonyi State border by the Peter Mbah administration. • The President approved the continued funding of the reconstruction of Enugu - Onitsha Expressway. Watch this video and be the judge. Call it mischief or clout chasing, but the lies and hate have become absurd. Our champion of education and good governance falsely claimed that Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah took President Tinubu Bola Ahmed Tinubu to commission an uncompleted school building at GTC Enugu. He posted the picture of a building still at decking level, saying it was the one commissioned by the president! And despite being called out over the blatant lie, he stood his ground, refusing to take down the post let alone apologize. Incorrigible lots! They claim to be holding government to account, but disdain being held accountable themselves. We are in real trouble!

I passed the Eke Obiangu Flyover at Emene this afternoon, now ready and completed in record time. One of the earliest gains of Enugu’s connection to the centre through collaboration between Governor Peter Mbah and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Once Governor Mbah took the bold step of dualising the federal road from the Airport Flyover to the Ebonyi State border, President Tinubu promptly approved funding for the Eke Obiangu Flyover to support the road expansion. The notorious traffic snare that once made the junction a nightmare for motorists has disappeared. It is now a smooth, uninterrupted ride into and out of Enugu. Kudos to Mr. President. Kudos to the Minister of Works, Engr. Dave Umahi. No president before PBAT has executed this scale of federal infrastructure in Enugu State. Today, the Enugu–Onitsha Expressway is ongoing. The Enugu - PH Expressway is ongoing. The New Artisan Twin Bridges have been completed. The Oji River - 9th Mile - Opi Federal Highway is ongoing. Dualisation of the 9th Mile - Obollo Afor - Otukpo Road is ongoing. And the Abakpa/82 Division Flyover has commenced. Enugu, the headquarters of Ndigbo, is special to President Tinubu.
