This is the moment the Ann Widdecombe murder suspect is arrested. The question that is not being asked enough is: Who is filming, why is there always a neighbour at the window ready? Presumably all filming we have seen of this individual is by the same person. Just an observation.

"They had the time of death... they had the CCTV footage" So we have gone from a White British National, to some man in Yorkshire. "Don't speculate!" is the message from the establishment. Something smells terrible about this horrific case, and after the misinformation from our paid officials, from the our political criminals, there appears to be some sort of psyop in play. "When the truth comes out... there is going to be a public outcry" The world does not belong to them, the world is ours.

"what we allow, will continue" Henry Nowak, the many 1000s of young white rape gang victims, have dominated social media in the last few days... years... decades. In all cases, horrific heinous racist crimes against the people of England, of the UK. "I can't breathe" - remember George Floyd, the kneeling from the establishment, the memorials. The police have failed and should be held responsible for their inaction, for taking part in vile crimes they are supposed to protect the public from. But they won't, this is not what the establishment have planned for their deployment. The question we should all ask ourselves is: How long will the British put up with it, when will we rise up, when will we remigrate those that harm us, who do not belong here, when do we take back our police force and our country? For what we allow, will continue. My first commentary on This World Is Ours.

The Green Stuff The colour green, and green environments, benefit mental health, especially when you are out in the natural world. Studies link it to reduced stress, lower anxiety, and a much better mood. Going out for a walk in your local park, moorland, or along the coast just for a few hours a week can dramatically change your outlook on the world around you, life, and most importantly, yourself.
