❗️NEW: President Trump was asked about “no tax on gambling winnings” following today’s speech at a PA casino, which would be the best possible solution to the disastrous and unfair gambling provision in July’s “One Big Beautiful Bill”. He at least entertained the idea, but it certainly doesn’t sound like he’ll be making it a priority. I don’t think he’d oppose any sort of fix to the OBBB gambling issue that comes across his desk though, hopefully a reporter asks him directly about this important issue in the near future!

One more World Cup thank you I forgot to give was to Polymarket US for starting to roll out rewards to high volume users, the France v Morocco QF match pitchside at Gillette was an amazing experience I’ll never forget I’ve had my complaints with their app, but their liquidity incentive program for the World Cup was awesome for MM’ing. Competition is good for us traders and the industry, so I’m glad to see them working to catch up to Kalshi (yes, they’re still firmly behind Kalshi for at least as long as the UI is what it is and outages occur during UFC fight nights). Will be interesting to see where things stand heading into the fall sports season Experiencing & trading on the World Cup on US soil over the last month was so much fun, nothing will match the unique and awesome experiences + edges of the last month. Looking forward to some vacation and extra golf time ahead of the return of NFL 🏌️‍♂️😎
