વગર વિચારે શરૂ કરેલી યોજનાઓનું બાળમરણ કેવી રીતે થાય એ સમજવું હોય તો આ ખબર ખાસ જુઓ. જાન્યુઆરી મહિનાની આસપાસ સાઉથ બોપલ વિસ્તારમાં સ્માર્ટ ફ્લેપ પાર્કિંગ સિસ્ટમ માટેની તૈયારીઓ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી… ધીરે ધીરે ફ્લેપ લાગ્યા, CCTV લાગ્યા….જોકે રસ્તાની એક જ બાજુએ. આમને આમ ૦૬ મહિના કાઢી નાંખ્યા. લોકોને સમજાવવામાં પણ ના આવ્યા કે આ સ્માર્ટ પાર્કિંગ સિસ્ટમ કેવી રીતે ઉપયોગમાં લેવી. સીધી ગાડી પાર્ક કરવાની જગ્યાએ લોકો ફ્લેપ પર જ ગાડી ચઢાવી દેતાં. કેટલીક જગ્યાએ સીસીટીવી થાંભલાને ઠોકી પણ દેતાં. બિલકુલ કેઓસ… ફ્લેપ એવી જગ્યાએ લગાવ્યા કે ચોમાસામાં પાણી ભરાયેલું રહે… લોકો ગાડી પાર્ક કેવી રીતે કરે ? આખરે તંત્રને સમજાયું કે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ ફિઝિબલ નથી.લોકોને તો આમેય ફોલો કરવું નહોતું. છેલ્લે રસ્તા પર લગાવેલા સ્માર્ટ પાર્કિંગ ફ્લેપ રાતોરાત કાઢી લેવામાં આવ્યા અને હવે બીજે લગાવશે. સાંભળો ડેપ્યુટી મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નર શું કહી રહ્યા છે. કોઈ સર્વે,કે વિચાર કર્યા વગર તુઘલખી નિર્ણય લેવાય અને પછી એ નિર્ણયને પાછો લેવો પડે. 1 અને 2 - ફ્લેપ કાઢી લેવામાં આવ્યા પછીની તસવીરો 3 અને 4 - ફ્લેપ લાગેલા હતાં એ સમયની તસવીરો. #Ahmedabad | Amdavad Municipal Corporation

નબળા દિલના લોકો આ તસવીરો ના જોવે. ભાવનગર : તસવીરોમાં માર ખાઈ રહેલી મહિલાનું નામ કાજલ છે… જે હવે આ દુનિયામાં નથી. ફૈઝલના સંપર્કમાં આવી ત્યારથી પરિવારથી સંપર્ક તોડી નાંખ્યો. ફૈઝલ લુખ્ખો છે…. વિસ્તારમાં દાદાગીરી કરવી, ગમે એનું મારી ખાવું એનો ધંધો છે. આવા લુખ્ખાને કાજલ દિલ દઈ બેઠી હતી જ્યારે ફૈઝલ માટે કાજલ માત્ર વાસના સંતોષવાનું સાધન હતી. જેલમાં જવું અને બહાર આવવું એ ફૈઝલ માટે સમાન્ય હતું. મારામારીના ગુનામાં ૨૫ ઓગસ્ટે ફૈઝલ બહાર આવ્યો, ફૈઝલના જામીન બીજા કોઈએ નહીં, પરંતુ કાજલે કરાવ્યા હતાં. ફૈઝલ જેલમાં હતો ત્યારે એનો મિત્ર રવિ અને કાજલ જ એના જામીન માટે ધક્કા ખાઈ રહ્યા હતા. ફૈઝલને એના મિત્ર રવિ અને કાજલ વચ્ચે કંઈક હોવાની શંકા ગઈ. આ શંકા બાદ ભાવનગરના બસ સ્ટેશન પર ફૈઝલે જે રીતે કાજલને મારી છે એ તસવીરો તમને ધ્રુજાવી દેશે. હેરાની તો એ વાતની છે કે કોઈએ બચાવ પણ ના કર્યો ત્યાં સુધી કે કાજલે દમ ના તોડ્યો. ફૈઝલને એના કર્યા પર કોઈ પસ્તાવો નથી…. એને એમ જ છે કે જ્યારે પણ જેલથી બહાર આવીશ, ત્યારે કાજલ જેવી બીજી મળી રહેશે. #Bhavnagar | SP Bhavnagar

अहमदाबाद : सड़कों पर तेज रफ़्तार गाड़ियाँ चलाने वालों के लिये यह तस्वीरें ख़ास : परसों रात को अहमदाबाद सड़कों पर तेज रफ़्तार कार ऐसी दौड़ाई की कार ही पलट गई और सड़क किनारे बैठे कुछ लोगो की जान बालबाल बची. कार मैं सवार लोगो को पुलिस ने उसी सड़क पर फिर तबियत से सबक़ सिखाया. सड़कों पर उत्पात मचाने वाले ऐसे लोगों के ख़िलाफ़ पुलिस क्या कर रही है यह सवाल गुजरात हाईकोर्ट ने आज ही उठाया है.

છુટ્ટાની ઝંઝટ જ બંધ થઈ ગઈ…. બધી કંડક્ટર બહેનો એક શ્વાસે નાયબ મુખ્યમંત્રી હર્ષ સંઘવી સામે બોલી…. મને ય એવી કેટલીય ઘટનાઓ યાદ છે કે ટિકિટ આપ્યા સમયે જ કંડક્ટર કહી દે કે છુટ્ટા રૂપિયા આપજો. ₹૧૦ ની ટિકિટ થઈ હોય અને કોઈ ₹૫૦ કે ₹૧૦૦ આપે, ત્યાંથી જ રકઝક થાય. પછી કંડક્ટર પણ સમય લે અને કહે કે કોઈના છુટ્ટા આવશે એટલે પછી આપું છું. પછી આખી મુસાફરી દરમ્યાન માત્ર કંડક્ટરને જ એકીટશે જોયા કરે કે કોઈ કંડકટરને છૂટા આપે અને એ મને પાછા મળે…આમાં ને આમાં જ સફરનો આનંદ લૂંટાઈ જતો. પૈસા ના મળે તો જબરદસ્ત માથાકૂટ થતી. ક્યારેક તો પૂંઠાનું બોર્ડ લગાવાતું છુટ્ટા રૂપિયા આપવા, છુટ્ટા મામલે કંડક્ટર જોડે રકઝક કરવી નહીં. તમને યાદ છે આવી ઘટનાઓ જે તમારી સાથે કે તમારી સામે થઈ હોય ? ઘણીવાર પહેલી નજરમાં જોયેલી ઘટના અંગેનો અભિપ્રાય ખોટો પણ હોઈ શકે. જે મહિલા પર પોલીસ કોન્સ્ટેબલે હાથ ઉપાડ્યો એ ઘટના અંગે સામે આવેલા એક પછી એક વીડિયો જોશો તો બધું સમજાઈ જશે. ( *વીડિયોમાં મહિલા અશ્લીલ શબ્દો બોલી રહી છે _ Strong language ) 1) મહિલાએ સિગ્નલ બ્રેક કર્યું. 2) મહિલા અને કોન્સ્ટેબલ વચ્ચેની ઝપાઝપી. 3) મહિલા અભદ્ર ભાષામાં વાત કરી રહી છે. 4) આ ઘટના પહેલાં પણ 14/11/2025 ના રોજ શ્યામલ ચાર રસ્તા પર આ મહિલા પોલીસ સાથે ભીડાઈ ગઈ હતી. જે હાથ ક્યારેય મદદ માટે ફેલાવવામાં આવ્યા જ નથી આજે એ હાથ મદદ માટે તરસી રહ્યા છે. ધ્રુજાવી દે એવી તસવીરો છે. આધુનિક ડ્રોન વડે ફૂડ પેકેટ્સ પહોંચાડવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. અમદાવાદ ગ્રામ્ય હજુ સ્થિતિ ખરાબ છે. ભારે વરસાદના કારણે આખી સોસાયટીઓ પાણીમાં છે. વાસણા બેરેજમાંથી પાણી છોડવામાં આવતાં નીચાણવાળા વિસ્તારો ગળાડૂબ છે. લોકોને મદદ પહોંચાડવા ડ્રોનની મદદ લેવાઈ રહી છે. લોકો જીવ બચાવવા ધાબા પર ચઢ્યા છે ત્યારે ડ્રોન વડે પીવાનું પાણી અને ફૂડ પેકેટ્સ પહોચાડવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. #AhmedabadRain | #Ahmedabad | Ahmedabad Collector | Ahmedabad Rural Police

अहमदाबाद : अकल्पनीय स्थिति के बीच पिछले तकरीबन 70 घंटों से बीना थके हारे प्रशासनिक अधिकारी/कर्मचारी काम मैं लगे है. जब सब कुछ राख हो चुका हो ऐसे मैं DNA मैच करना आसान नहीं है बावजूद अधिकारी लगातार कोशिशें कर रहे है.DNA की प्रक्रिया भी जटिल है. जिनके DNA मैच हो गए है उनके पार्थिव शरीर को सम्मान के साथ उनके घर पहुंचाया जा रहा है. आगे एक पायलट कार होती है, परिवार के साथ एक SDM और एक सीनियर पुलिस अधिकारी रहता है. शब घर पहुंचे उससे पहले जिला कलेक्टर और SP मौजूद होते है. पहली तस्वीरें कंट्रोल रूम की है जिस मैं शब को समान के साथ घर तक पहुचाने की तैयारियाँ दिख रही है. दूसरी तस्वीरें जिस मैं शब लेकर जा रहे परिवारजनो को पायलोटिंग दी जा रही है. तीसरी तस्वीर मैं पुलिसकर्मी सम्मान देते नजर आ रहे है. चौथी तस्वीर मैं पीड़ित परिजनों को पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा मार्गदर्शन दिया जा रहा है. वापी बाल बाल बची बाईक सवार की जान, बाईक सवार हाईवे पर जा रहा था अचानक सड़क पर आये गड्ढे से बाईक सवार ने संतुलन खोया और सड़क पर गिरा और पास से गुजर रहे एक ट्रक के पहिये के नीचे आने से बाल बाल बचा, पूरी घटना पीछे आ रही एक कार के डैशबोर्ड पर लगे केमरे मैं क़ैद हुई.

वो तारीख़ थी 22 अक्तूबर 2008 जब भारत ने चंद्रयान-1 लॉन्च किया था. 21 वीं सदी का ये भारत का पहला बड़ा स्पेस मिशन था. PM मोदी तब गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री थे. वो उसी दिन अहमदाबाद स्थित ISRO पहुंचे. ISRO और PRL के वैज्ञानिकों को रूबरू जाकर बधाई दी थी. जिस दिन चंद्रयान-1 को चाँद पर भेजा गया था उस दिन गुजरात के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की कैबिनेट बैठक थी, उस दिन गुजरात सरकार ने अभिनंदन प्रस्ताव पारित किया और फिर प्रस्ताव को वैज्ञानिकों को संबोधित करते हुए पढ़ा गया था और इसी दिन नरेंद्र मोदी ने वैज्ञानिकों की पूरी टीम को निमंत्रण भी दिया था. વિષય ખૂબ ગંભીર છે ! તમારા ઘરમાં કોઈ બીમાર પડ્યું હોય અને ડૉક્ટર કહે કે એમને પ્લાઝમા ચઢાવવું જરૂરી છે….તો એક વાર ચેક કરજો લોહીથી અલગ થયેલું પ્લાઝમા અસલી છે કે નકલી ? ઠગો પૈસા કમાવવા હવે લોહીનો વેપાર કરવા લાગ્યા છે. અમદાવાદમાં રહેતો દિનેશ ચૌધરી એક ફાર્મા કંપનીમાં પ્લાઝમા કલેક્શન કરતો હતો..એને પ્લાઝમાનું જ્ઞાન હતું. દિનેશે પ્લાઝમા ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ કરતાં લોકો સાથે સંપર્ક કર્યો. આખા દેશમાં પ્લાઝમા પહોચાડતા ટ્રકના ડ્રાઇવર સાથે કનેક્શન સેટ કર્યા. પ્લાઝમાની પ્રોસેસ વિશે દિનેશ ચૌધરીને અંદાજ હતો એટલે દેશભરમાંથી આવતા બ્લડ પ્લાઝમા કાઢી લેતો અને પાણી અને સોલ્વંટવાળા મિક્સ્ચરને પ્લાઝમાનું નામ આપી દેતો. અસલી પ્લાઝમાની બેગ્સ સાથે નકલી પ્લાઝમાની બેગ્સ મિક્સ કરવામાં આવતી અને આ બધા નકલી પ્લાઝમા દેશભરની હોસ્પિટલ્સમાં પહોંચતા.. બીજી તરફ મહારાષ્ટ્રનો મનોજ ગાયકવાડ પણ બ્લડ બેંકમાં કામ કરતો હતો.. પ્લાઝમાના સંદર્ભમાં બંનેની ઓળખાણ થઈ હતી.મનોજ પ્લાઝમા અલગ અલગ હોસ્પિટલ્સ સુધી પહોંચાડતો હતો. જોકે તૈયાર થયેલા પ્લાઝમા માત્ર નકલી નહોતા એ કોઈના જીવન સાથે કરવામાં આવી રહેલા મોટા ચેડાં હતા.. એક સમયે વિચારો કે આ નકલી પ્લાઝમા જે તે દર્દીઓને ચઢ્યા હશે એમની શું હાલત થઈ હશે ! અમદાવાદ ગ્રામ્ય પોલીસ દિનેશ ચૌધરીને પકડ્યો છે અને એ જગ્યા પણ કબજે કરી છે જ્યાં બેસીને તે નકલી પ્લાઝમા બનાવટો હતો. પ્લાઝામા શું છે ? બ્લડ પ્લાઝ્મા એ બીજું કંઈ નહીં પરંતુ લોહીનો આછા પીળા રંગનું એક પ્રવાહી છે જે શરીરમાં કુલ લોહીના લગભગ ૫૫% હિસ્સો ધરાવે છે. આ પ્લાઝમામાં ૯૨% પાણી અને ૮% પ્રોટીન, ગ્લુકોઝ અને મિનરલ્સ જેવા આવશ્યક તત્વો હોય છે. આમ તો તે લિવરમાં કુદરતી રીતે જ બને છે અને તેને લેબોરેટરીમાં અલગ કરવામાં આવે છે. પ્લાઝમાનો ઉપયોગ શું ? કોઈ દાઝ્યું હોય કે અકસ્માત સમયે ખૂબ લોહી વહ્યું હોય તો એનું પ્રમાણ જાળવવા માટે પ્લાઝમા ચઢાવવામાં આવે. હીમોફીલિયા જેને લોહી ના ગંઠાવાની બીમારી કહે છે એની દવાઓ બનાવવામાં પ્લાઝમાનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે. કોરોનો સમયે સાજા થયેલા દર્દીઓની રોગપ્રતિકારક શક્તિ વધારવા એનો ઉપયોગ થતો. ચામડી સંબંધિત રોગોના ઈલાજ માટે પ્લાઝમાની ઇન્જેક્શન આપવામાં આવે છે. વિચારો નકલી પ્લાઝમા તમને આપવામાં આવે તો શું હાલત થાય ? નકલી પ્લાઝમા કોને કોને અપાયો એની તપાસ ચાલી રહી છે. Lenskart વાળા મુદ્દે પોસ્ટ પર કેટલાંક મુસ્લિમ યુવકોએ કહ્યું હતું કે તમે નફરત ફેલાવી રહ્યા છો. આ જોઈ લો…. સિદ્ધપુરમાં બેસેલો મુસ્લિમ યુવક કે જે PSI ની શારીરિક પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી ચૂક્યો છે એ ગઝવા-એ -હિન્દ ના વિચાર સાથે આતંકી પ્રવૃત્તિમાં લાગ્યો છે. જેમના માટે હિન્દુઓ કાફિર છે… જે દેશમાં રહે છે ત્યાં ગદ્દારી કરવી છે… શું અપેક્ષા રાખી શકો ? હમણાં કંઈક કહીએ એટલે તમે નફરત ફેલાવો છો નો સેક્યુલરનો ટ્રેન્ડ લઈ આવશે. જેમને સંદેહ હોય એ એમની આ ચેટ વાંચી લેજો.
