Many people including myself celebrate 15/16 year old's playing at the top level. Warning this is the exception rather than the rule. It should only happen at top clubs with early access, education, security, extra dressing room etc. Here is some great advice from the professor -

Multi Sport (Sampling) v Early Specialisation is a hot topic. I feel it is a very binary conversation. It is more complex. If a young person wants to reach the highest level the Hybrid option is a good option to follow.
