This is the American Industrial Prison Complex. If you are under the impression this is the exception as opposed to the rule, I suggest you pay close attention to the behavior of the Correction Officers that quite literally beat the life out of shackled inmate Robert Brooks on the evening of December 10, 2024. The body worn camera footage tells no lies, as the callousness and brutality that is captured is revolting. Changing gloves, smiling, all while pummeling a defenseless person and not one of them steps up to even attempt to stop the atrocities that are occurring. When the captors become more depraved than the people they are holding captive there is a serious problem with the system.

Whether it was dumb luck or premeditated, I don’t care because Judge Cannone landed on the right person to be the Foreman of the jury. I’m already seeing people online completely misconstruing what the foreperson says in this clip wherein he states that he “looked at her day 1, as an innocent woman, that needed to be proven guilty”. That is NOT a predisposed bias towards innocence. That does not mean he came in as ringer for the defense. THAT IS the Presumption of Innocence. That’s how this thing works, and the foreperson has restored even more faith that the system can and does work. Well done Sir!

For those who may need a bit of additional clarification on the ruling by Judge Mrazik this afternoon, Alison Motta diagnosed and explained it during our Live today as it was happening. For the record, every lawyer in that Courtroom, and Judge Mrazik who I really think is a great Judge completely whiffed on this analysis. Back in chambers, doing what he does, which is puts in the work…he got it right and issued his Order. #KouriRichinsTrial #KouriRichins

🚨Karen Read Update🚨 Judge Cannone appears visibly rattled after Prosecutor Hank Brennan raised potential discovery violations regarding the ARCCA experts, Wolfe and Rentschler. It appeared to me that Alan Jackson’s Pro Hac Vice ticket is in serious peril…which translates into Judge Cannone removing him from the case. If this occurs, this would obviously delay trial.

The person of interest in the double homicides of Clinton and Cristen Brink MAY be in custody as a high speed chase ended in Redfield, AR with a man in taken into custody. As you can see in the video the disabled vehicle is a black Mazda and you can also see an officer carrying a spike strip which may have been used to disable the vehicle. I have not seen an official announcement from LE, but this looks promising.

This Ring cam vid has dropped in my feed multiple times and the possibilities of what’s going on here are endless… Is it staged content? Maybe…it’s definitely going viral. Why is door guy asking about homeowner’s daughter? Owner seems to not know door guy…what is the guy insinuating? Is the daughter in danger? Why doesn’t owner question door guy when he asks about his daughter? Why is door guy using the pseudonym Harry Dresden…Chicago’s only wizard PI from Jim Butcher’s long running series, (who coincidentally is dropping a new book in the series this year, which would be an incredibly ingenious way to market the new book considering how many people have probably googled Harry Dresden this morning. I mean…I did.) Does door guy really live in the neighborhood? Why is door guy wearing flip flops if he’s coming to get in that ass…and did he break his toe when he kicked the door? Did actor Eugene Levy report his eyebrows missing this morning to law enforcement? If authentic, why doesn’t owner at the very least threaten to call the cops? Does the owner use the bell door guy rips off its moorings to call the kids in for dinner? Why does owner say I live “there” referring to the neighborhood instead of “here”? What’s up with the trench coat…?Immediately gives off Columbine vibes. Robin Williams tells Matt Damon ”I will end you” in a Good Will Hunting when Damon speaks about William’s wife. Any significance? Door guy clearly gets down with the Japanese dark fantasy series Demon Slayer, whose main character is avenging his family’s murder and is attempting to turn his now demon sister back into a human…has door guy slipped from reality into the role of demon hunter irl? Where the hell are the neighbors? Did the cops ever get called? How many hours a day does door guy game? Somebody out there knows door guy…who is he? We need to know. #doorguy #unsolvedmysteries

There are many reasons I admire Georgia Cappleman. However, her humanity ranks above all else. Let her words here be a reminder that criminal trials are not sporting events. They profoundly affect everyone involved. Dan and Wendi’s two sons continue to suffer devastating gut punch after devastating gut punch. While their uncle and grandmother are exactly where they need to be for what they have done to their father, that fact in no way minimizes the incredible losses they continue to suffer, all of which have irreparably changed their lives. The Adelson family’s failure to contemplate, on any level, how their stupendously selfish and unnecessary actions would permanently impact those two boys’ lives in the worst way possible is among their greatest sins. So while you’re rightfully appreciating the State’s good work in securing Donna’s conviction, take a moment to reflect on those two young men’s pain.

The Bears back-up QB Tyler Bagent, who went undrafted out of Division II Shepard in 2023, was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Bears just signed a 10 million dollar extension with the team. His humility just melted my heart. Give em hell kid.
