The judge asked whether the affidavit was impounded, and defense counsel (Attorney Bradl) confirmed that it was not. The judge then stated that it was therefore a “public record.” The only remaining concern raised was whether the plaintiff’s address should have been removed. A temporary impoundment order was issued later in the hearing for the exhibits, at which point Bradl informed the court that some of the materials was already publicly available online. Youtuber JiDion livestreamed his court hearing on Twitch. During the hearing, the Judge orders JiDion to stay away from the house that the squatter is in. He and his lawyer have asked the judge what will happen as JiDion is legally allowed to be on the property. This seems to have made the judge mad, and the judge asked whether the squatter is, in fact, squatting. To which the detective on the case answered that the squatter is being evicted on Friday, June 26th, but that no eviction papers were shown. To which the judge refuses to provide findings that the squatter is in fact a squatter.

BREAKING: Harrison Floyd who is the last co-defendant in Trump’s election interference case in Georgia remains in custody. He was just denied bond Judge Emily Richardson in the Georgia courts. Floyd will remain behind bars. A lot of conservatives are questioning why all of the other defendants have been let out on bond, while Floyd, a black man, has not been. The ruling by the judge was that Floyd was a flight risk and there was also the risk that he may commit further crimes if he was released. However, Judge Richardson is not the judge who has been assigned the case. Judge Scott McAfee is the assigned judge, so it is still very possible he will be allowed out on bond when the official judge in the case can make a decision. It’s also worth noting that Richardson did not have an attorney with him to argue for bond. He elected to do so without hiring a lawyer. What are your thoughts? Will Floyd ultimately get bond? Judge Frank Caprio was such a good hearted soul. Always enjoyed seeing him in the courtroom, because he never, ever felt intimidating. He was one of the few people who seemed like he was born to be a judge and lead, because he really did his best to help each person and not just punish. He was strangely comforting in a role that many of us naturally are afraid to be in front of. They called him the "World's Nicest Judge" and he truly deserved it. Found a clip he posted just yesterday on his page before he passed. He asked for prayers but more importantly, to be remembered. And I hope we honor that for him. Rest in love and light, Judge Caprio. Thank you for being one of the kind ones. 🪽

This may be the most corrupt thing I’ve ever heard in my life A Democrat federal judge made it illegal for Republicans to be poll watchers since the 80’s. Democrats have been renewing the injunction every 5 years. This only ended in 2020 READ THAT AGAIN “Something else people don't know is that start in the mid-1980s, there was a federal district court judge in New Jersey, who entered a consent decree that Republicans could not be poll watchers. So from mid-80’s until 2020, Republicans were not allowed to be poll watchers on these national elections. And what happened was that judge eventually died and the Democrats, the DNC, they had to go get that injunction renewed every 5-8 years, something along those lines. And when that judge died, he was replaced by an Obama judge, and they went back to that judge and they said, we want this consent decree in place making so Republicans cannot be poll watchers and cannot be a part of this process. And he said, what in the heck are you talking about? This is absolutely so unconstitutional. And he refused to renew that consent decree. He refused to renew that injunction. So 2020 was one of the first years that we had professional Republican poll watchers in these elections to see what was going on in Atlanta, in Detroit, in Milwaukee, in, you know, in in Philadelphia. It was the first time we were able to really see what was going on in these polling places.
