Jin's 2,1,4 is a very problematic string. The third hit has active frames which makes it difficult to punish his 2,1 after side stepping. Second, this string absorbs some power crushes do to how he moves backwards after the last hit of this string

I wasn't going to post this, but I decided to anyways. I would highly recommend testing the move's range on different characters. When I said Jin's d2 has the same range as Lili's d3 people lost their minds, but I played the game enough to know what I'm talking about
