That the Solicitor Geveral of India, Sh Tushar Mehta, who appears for CBI in this case, marks them matters that are paid matters. 3. That the son has been marked several matters since his empanelment in 2022. 4. The empanelment and these marking coincide with the tenure of the Hon’ble Justice as a High Court Judge CBI says this is not conflict of interest? What do you think?
