This is one of the most slept on ways to get in great shape in minimal time - shadow boxing with dumbbells First time? Go slow. Keep punches to ~80% of full extension. Get warmed up and let your body get used to throwing (and catching) weight in various planes But this gets my heart rate up faster than anything else. It always leaves my lats quite sore. I have much faster hands. I like to look in a mirror and aim at hitting my head in the mirror (target practice). Throw through your entire body, engage your core and stay balanced Set aside 10 minutes, maybe 2-3x/week. Start with ~30 seconds on and then 1-2 minutes recovering. A form of high intensity training where you don't need to leave the house and it's highly functional These are 10 lb dumbbells but start wherever you're comfortable and seriously take it easy the first time because I can almost guarantee you will be very sore if you haven't moved like this and there is a higher chance of injury if your body isn't conditioned or used to progressing movements Warmup set below - notice how I ease into it and gradually pick up the pace The point is not to have great boxing form (yet), it's to effectively move and control weight through space as quickly as you can control

I'd like to go on record with Jason in saying that people are sleeping on what Tesla is about to reveal with Optimus when the time comes And never forget what Elon said about Optimus - that it will be 80% of Tesla's value Elon also said, "I think long-term, Optimus has the potential to be north of $10 trillion in revenue, like it's really bananas So, you can obviously afford a lot of training compute in that situation. In fact, even $500 billion training compute in that situation will be quite a good deal"

The most unbiased reviewer in the game can't help but rave about Tesla when covering the new Model Y L "The level of integration is insane. You're not just getting a car with cool features, you're getting an entire ecosystem with the incredible Supercharger network and many other benefits that are just not talked about enough" - Kyle Conner

"Elon Musk is probably doing more for America than any other American. He's single handedly bringing manufacturing back to America. SpaceX is in some ways the most important defense contractor in America. What he's doing with Starlink is amazing for the world. He's creating all of these blue collar manufacturing jobs which is a goal of a lot of liberals and good for America. He's done more than any living human to decarbonize the world. And if you're upset about data centers on earth for environmental reasons, here you go - he's putting data centers in space" - Gavin Baker Patrick OShaughnessy

A warning for those using Grok Bot I love the UI and simplicity and the persistent VM use for each bot is great, but I'd be careful trusting it too much until you learn the current limitations of this iteration I would have looked like an idiot had I trusted it

Mid 2023: Elon endorses Trump's border wall idea Late 2023: Pundits begin declaring the death of Tesla as Elon was "alienating millions of target demo EV buyers" Early 2024: FUD reaches all-time high that Tesla sales are doomed thanks to Elon's politics Late 2024: Elon starts winning over those on the right rather than just upsetting some on the left by campaigning and giving speech after speech, answering people's questions, dedicating incredible amounts of his time and advocating for common sense Now: A maxed out Madison Square Garden in a Democratic stronghold of New York City is chanting Elon's name I think it's safe to say any sales Tesla may have lost will most certainly be balanced out by new supporters of Elon and eventually, of Tesla The future is going to be awesome $TSLA

This may go down as one of Elon's most prophetic quotes and is the bet of the decade $TSLA List of companies relying on lidar: • Cruise (GM) • Waymo • Ford • Polestar • Lyft • Mercedes • BMW • Nissan • Stellantis • Volkswagen • Volvo "Anyone relying on lidar is doomed...you'll see" - Elon Musk

This is exactly what I've been talking about! This man is asked one simple question: What has Elon done that really bothers you? His "answer" is HILARIOUS 🤡 Just more proof, these people are brainwashed and fed narratives with ZERO understanding of anything that's actually happening

I'm only sharing this here with the hope that the Tesla AI engineers will see it and other owners will be given a heads up. It feels like the right thing to do in the spirit of progress, transparency and the truth. Contact was made while parking on FSD v14.1.4

Tesla just rewrote its compiler and runtime from the ground up using MLIR for FSD with v14.3 and I'm guessing ~90% of you can't explain what that means. Since this video received much praise, I'm sharing it here. Even if you've already seen it, don't be afraid to share it - we want more people to understand the magic of what Elon and Tesla are doing. Just watching FSD videos and reading first impressions won't even get you close to knowing what you should know. If you don't have 7 minutes at 2x now, save it for later $TSLA

Re: the Christian debate around Calvinism on X right now I believe the following are all taught clearly according to Scripture: God saves sinners by grace, not by finding good choosers God chooses a people in Christ before the foundation of the world People are still truly responsible. Unbelief is sin Christ’s death actually accomplishes redemption for His people Scripture also speaks of God’s love for the world and a wide gospel call Hell is real. Not everyone is finally saved, so every Christian system “limits” salvation somehow Scripture never says: “If God is infinitely loving, He must give the same saving outcome to every person He is able to save” Until God moves, we are dead in sin, not neutral bystanders. Election is God’s mercy to rebels, not God blocking eager seekers Romans 9 speaks of vessels of wrath prepared for destruction. The same Bible shows God pleading with sinners, delaying judgment, and taking no pleasure in the death of the wicked So how do we make sense of all of these paradoxes? This is my all-time favorite clip on the topic:

I've been waiting all year to run this test - here are a few narrated clips. Tesla's FSD 14.2.1 vs. unplowed roads with SUMMER tires (M3P). Testing both Sloth and Mad Max modes vs. steep hills Show me another car you can buy right now that can do this. I'll wait $TSLA
