Jordan Flowers (Jordan Flowers): "AARO has a habit of hiding behind the word extraterrestrial because it's extremely difficult to provide a definition of what would be the commensurate proof to ascertain whether something is or is not extraterrestrial... As opposed to having a more concrete definition of technological capabilities that fit within the bounds of human engineering capability and whether something exceeds that or not... That's one of the reasons I think why AARO hasn't adopted any definition for non-human intelligence or non-human technological capability because they know however they define that it's likely to immediately be transgressed by some of the data in their own data set and they would have to relent that there's something here." Definitions matter. And clear definitions create accountability. The American public deserves precise language and direct answers.

Today, TIME magazine released a new video montage to accompany their widely discussed article published last Thursday, August 6th titled "America is Finally Taking Extraterrestrials Seriously." The article was written by prominent author/journalist Jeffrey Kluger. And once again, we are honored that the June 2026 Disclosure Forum is featured heavily once again in today's new video. The questions surrounding the alleged UAP “luring operation” at White Sands demand answers. As Disclosure Foundation Executive Director Jordan Flowers (Jordan Flowers ) explains in this clip from a new interview with The Endless Void (Kristin Fisher), publicly available government records, statements from members of Congress, and subsequent reporting are beginning to form a picture that warrants serious scrutiny. Based on the available information, Flowers discusses the possibility that personnel from ODNI, AARO, and the FBI may have been aware of - or even present for - the alleged operation. However, as Flowers indicates, important details remain unconfirmed. The Disclosure Foundation is actively pursuing FOIA requests in order to better understand what occurred, who was involved, who authorized it, and what it could mean.

In a recent interview on The Social (on CTV), the Disclosure Foundation's own Christopher Mellon (Christopher K. Mellon) was asked what information he would like to see clarified on the recent US government UAP file releases. His answer: "I'd like to see the government establish a clear and specific definition of what technology is clearly beyond human origin." As Mr. Mellon goes on to state in this clip, setting a standard for such a definition would eventually lead to the governmental admission that many of the examples already presented in the UAP file releases are ultimately non-human in origin. 🧵 1/ There is a growing public conversation around whether UAP whistleblowers need “amnesty” before they can tell Congress what they know. That framing is understandable, but incomplete. The real issue is not whether Congress is legally allowed to receive classified information. It is. The harder issue is how witnesses and whistleblowers can responsibly provide that information while reducing the very real risks of retaliation. That distinction is at the center of our policy brief on disclosure of classified UAP information to Congress.
