She refused to get out in the middle of the intersection, following which the driver allegedly pulled over to the side and was apparently shouting at her. She eventually had to leave the vehicle and wait around 10 minutes for another Uber in an area where she says she did not feel comfortable. The next Uber driver reportedly completed the same route without asking her for any additional toll payment. She subsequently contacted Uber and says the company confirmed that the toll was already included in her fare. Vehicle registration reported: KA 52 B 5047 Uber Support Uber India please investigate this incident urgently, identify the driver and take appropriate action if the allegations are substantiated.
