Why wasn’t he off the road where there was so much space?

This is a common sight in many places. People often stand by the roadside talking on their mobile phones without realizing how much space they are occupying or the inconvenience they cause others. Civic sense and traffic awareness still have a long way to go. 😟

Frankly this guy is deliberately blocking the road. He deserved it. You have these kind of characters in cities where bikes are used more frequently. Watch the Mumbai Bangalore highway near Kolhapur. You will see guys driving right in the middle of the road deliberately.

In every country hitting to any one in front is punishable offense. But majority here are blaming two wheeler, huge lack of common driving sense.

More than 2/3 rd of Indian are brainless drivers. Many just have vehicles but no license, many broght one with bribes without any tests, 90% doesn't even know the rules of driving on road. Put them on city roads they will be confused with traffic signals.

The biker's only mistake was that he didn't stop on the shoulder. He did stop to attend the call, but chose the wrong spot. A stark reminder that even one mistake and slight carelessness can be fatal on the roads. Drive safe.

Yes the biker was wrong on his part. He deserves to be penalised, his license should be cancelled but if the tempo driver has hit him intentionally for the biker stopping his vehicle on road then thts isn't justifiable too

Most two wheelers expect others to make side for them. But not all situations are same, if the car driver was just out of eyesight for second OR something suddenly came at his right side, you never know. Bikers has to learn basic driving skills and earn some patience.

Lack of brain cells. I also think in this case it's the lack of empathy he had for other users of road, is what got him into this accident. Remember kids emapthy and civic sense on road is firstly and foremost a protection for yourself

As a society, we lack civil sense including traffic sense. Civil sense should be an integral part of curriculam and it should be taught till std. 12th mini. as a compulsory course.
