Just catching up today (no power or signal at home). Can’t believe my eyes here, in a televised game. The keeper does nothing wrong, in fact it’s textbook excellent goalkeeping imo. Obs delighted for my County men from Crossmolina but this was cruel on B’derry.

Stuck a timer on the Derry v Galway kickout just to see. It’s not Seiko timing but it’s definitely “in and around 20 seconds”!! Crucial point in game, extremely harsh, not 30-40 seconds, and I’ve better things to be doing on a Monday morning than acting as oversight for the FRC.

Allow me a rant, on keepers & new rules, and media saying it’s the END for them.Yes it’s an exciting new era & dual skilled players will thrive. But gr8 goalkeeping will still be key to winning and notions that you can just magic one up from an outfield sub are bull. Not a hope.
