As Karen Read's retrial is set to begin you will hear my name thrown around a lot, and the first thing the media will mention is the fact that I've been charged with "witness intimidation." These charges are a joke, and have no chance whatsoever of ending in conviction. The goal was to scare me, smear my reputation, and suggest that Karen Read did something wrong by speaking with a journalist. Here is a video of everything the government has charged me with. Watch it and you'll see how unserious these charges are:

Remember after the first Karen Read trial when an underaged Colin Albert filmed himself drinking and saying "let's fucking destroy them all" before instructing what appears to be some drugged out Canton skank to give the camera the middle finger and say "fuck you and your fucking mom dude"? Who was he talking to? And was he still intimidated?

I just wanted to take a minute to show my respects for the passing of Mike Casello. I was 2 grades behind him at Worcester South High School, and he never lost his passion for sports. He started his own brand where he basically acted as a citizen sports journalist and documented high school sports around Worcester County for the last few years, which meant a lot to the kids he covered. What I will always remember most about him is that when I was in jail he offered to go to my son's first basketball games and film them, since I had to miss them. It was painful knowing these were going on Saturday mornings and I couldn't be there for him. I must've watched this video 100 times in jail, and will forever be grateful to Mike for sharing that with me.

Yuri Bukhenik is currently on a cruise from Boston to Bermuda making a drunken fool of himself like he always does when he goes out in public. Here he is singing "Proud to be an American" in front of a crowd, despite the fact that he testified that he can barely speak English and his online postings show that his primary allegiance is to Ukraine. The fact that he does this so publicly on a cruise departing from Boston, not realizing that millions of people have seen what a corrupt cop he he is during the Karen Read trial and how he covered for the most racist cop in America, shows how oblivious he is to reality. Wherever these people go they are going to be recognized for all the wrong reasons. They will be branded with the stain of corruption for the rest of their lives.

Colon Albert has suddenly decided to join the army, and will be unavailable to give a deposition in the Karen Read lawsuit. Hopefully our country is a little safer now that we are being defended by a person who testified that an award winning journalist speaking into a window with T Rex arms made him scared and intimidated.

Craig Melvin looked bewildered when the jury foreman told him Karen Read didn't hit John O'Keefe with her car. Like many, he is predisposed to believe defendants are guilty and didn't watch much of the case. Today he asked Karen if she knows that when she walks down the street people look at her and think "there's the woman who got away with killing her ex-boyfriend who was a cop. How do you go through life knowing there are lots of people who think you did it and got away with it?" The correct answer to that is: "You clearly haven't walked the same streets I have. Out in the real world almost no one thinks Karen Read is guilty. When people see her walking down the street they think "that woman is stronger than I am, I don't know how the hell she survived that." They look at her as both a victim and fighter. Criticism of her is entirely contained to the Internet. These people do not exist in real life. They did not attend a single day of the trial. They are weirdos in remote places across the world who don't feel passionate enough about her guilt to show up in person. They Food Stamp 5 showed up once, but they were mostly driven by Turtleboy Derangement Syndrome, not a firm belief in my guilt, which is why many of them held signs supporting me prior to getting mad at an award winning journalist who was my most vocal advocate throughout this process. Other than that it's just a bunch of people who are personal friends with the people who were inside 34 Fairview Road, who are the only people who truly know how John ended up with dog bites on his arm and a 2 inch laceration to the back of his head which could only have come from hitting his head on a ridged surface like a stair or fireplace. You have been mislead to believe that the public is split on my guilt or innocence. They are not, and I'd urge you to come to Boston and walk around Newbury Street with me for an hour so you can see it for yourself."

The Today Show interview got better for Karen Read as it went on, and she responded to the comment about how John was being lost in all of this perfectly: "He's not lost, he's the reason we're doing this." This needs to be emphasized more because it's the most common criticism of her detractors. Karen is John's voice. There would be no justice for John O'Keefe if she was convicted. She and her team have done more to shed light on what really happened to him than anyone who claims to be fighting for him while trying to put her in prison. She really humanized him with this answer, telling the public who John really was, and what a tremendous loss this was for everyone. We rarely heard this from her during the trial and it was powerful. The antis have tried to take ownership of John's legacy and she took it back with this answer. I know Karen cared for John because she sent me pictures of him that showed what a good father he was, and pictures of her with the kids that showed how much they liked her. She asked me not to share them publicly because she didn't want to exploit them, but she wanted me to know what a tremendous loss it was for the kids.

When asked by Emily See about his interpretation of the witness intimidation statute Adam Deitch for District Attorney said "when we get into some of the in person conduct, at a minimum people were pushing boundaries, and I think it is incumbent on a DA's Office to ensure that folks are safe." I hope she asks for clarification, because on its face this response is vague and disappointing. What in person conduct is he talking about? What "boundaries" were being pushed? The NCDAO prosecuted people for protesting outside of Chris Albert's pizza shop. Was that in person conduct "pushing boundaries?" Pretty sure that's protected speech. And the fact that he says that it's incumbent on the DA's office to ensure that "folks are safe" seems to imply that this boundary pushing, in person conduct made "folks" like Jen McCabe feel unsafe. Protesting is not pushing boundaries - it is a fundamental American right. Jennifer Mccabe never once felt unsafe, which is why she asked Lindsey Gaetani to jump in her car and go on a Turtleboy safari field trip on 3/6/24.

Eight years ago, I wrote about an insane story involving a seven-year-old girl who was kidnapped in the middle of the night by her father‘s best friend and allegedly choked and thrown off the 290 bridge going into Shrewsbury. She was wrapped in a blanket, but remarkably swam to shore in the middle of the night. Five years later, the guy charged with throwing her off bridge, Josh Hubert, was also indicted for raping her. Except there’s just one twist - her dad’s semen was found on her underpants. He testified yesterday that it could’ve gotten there when he was masturbating in the bathroom. Today the jury went to the bridge and so did I. It’s remarkable that a seven-year-old could survive this. I’m heading back to the trial now.

Crowd is on pins and needles awaiting a verdict. There is not a single supporter of the Commonwealth here. Not one. The biggest lie they’ve told is that the community is evenly divided. They are not. Karen Read supporters are the only ones who show up and demand justice for John Okeefe.

It's always a surreal event when Karen Read and her team arrive at the courthouse during jury deliberations. Hundreds of supporters stand in silence, lining the streets of Dedham, holding their hands in the air to show solidarity with an innocent woman involuntarily facing down the forces of evil. Karen and Alan Jackson seemed happy and confident walking into court. Inside the courtroom David Yannetti and Bob Alessi gave each other what I would qualify as "daps" and were acting like they knew this was the final day they would be in this courtroom.
