When asked by Emily See about his interpretation of the witness intimidation statute Adam Deitch for District Attorney said "when we get into some of the in person conduct, at a minimum people were pushing boundaries, and I think it is incumbent on a DA's Office to ensure that folks are safe." I hope she asks for clarification, because on its face this response is vague and disappointing. What in person conduct is he talking about? What "boundaries" were being pushed? The NCDAO prosecuted people for protesting outside of Chris Albert's pizza shop. Was that in person conduct "pushing boundaries?" Pretty sure that's protected speech. And the fact that he says that it's incumbent on the DA's office to ensure that "folks are safe" seems to imply that this boundary pushing, in person conduct made "folks" like Jen McCabe feel unsafe. Protesting is not pushing boundaries - it is a fundamental American right. Jennifer Mccabe never once felt unsafe, which is why she asked Lindsey Gaetani to jump in her car and go on a Turtleboy safari field trip on 3/6/24.

Eight years ago, I wrote about an insane story involving a seven-year-old girl who was kidnapped in the middle of the night by her father‘s best friend and allegedly choked and thrown off the 290 bridge going into Shrewsbury. She was wrapped in a blanket, but remarkably swam to shore in the middle of the night. Five years later, the guy charged with throwing her off bridge, Josh Hubert, was also indicted for raping her. Except there’s just one twist - her dad’s semen was found on her underpants. He testified yesterday that it could’ve gotten there when he was masturbating in the bathroom. Today the jury went to the bridge and so did I. It’s remarkable that a seven-year-old could survive this. I’m heading back to the trial now.

Outside of court a man, who many assumed was homeless, hit the phone out of a 16 year old girl's hand who was doing the same thing he was doing - holding it up and asking questions. She started crying as the caveman mocked her. The homeless man kept trying to ask me nonsensical questions in broken English, dictated to him by a 50 year old hoodbooger named Randall. He didn't like it when questions were asked of him though, and he appears to believe that the First Amendment only applies to him. These are the people who claim to speak for Karen Read. This man was invited by CallingAllBeings and Boston Bea to appear with Karen on an online fundraiser December 19.

It's always a surreal event when Karen Read and her team arrive at the courthouse during jury deliberations. Hundreds of supporters stand in silence, lining the streets of Dedham, holding their hands in the air to show solidarity with an innocent woman involuntarily facing down the forces of evil. .Yellow Cottage Tales has admitted that he deleted the stream he did last night from his YouTube channel because his regular guest Matthew Doherty, AKA Boundless Millennial on Tik Tok, suggested that the O'Keefe family should hire a hitman to murder Karen Read in order to avoid paying a lawyer to sue her. Karen is a material witness, subject to deposition, in her ongoing legal matters. Mr. Doherty last night made the suggestion that she be murdered in order to interfere with and obstruct the current lawsuit. This is perhaps the most egregious form of witness intimidation possible, and if I were Karen Read I would be demanding he be charged immediately. It's noteworthy that Plevin, who claims to value civility, did nothing to admonish Mr. Doherty. He says he only took the video off of YouTube and not his other social media accounts, because he didn't want to risk losing advertising revenue via demonetization.

According to sources, last night Colin Albert and Brian Albert Jr (the cousin Colin had to say happy birthday to in person during the middle of a blizzard before allegedly leaving 5 minutes before John O'Keefe arrived) allegedly got into an altercation at an engagement party at the Landmark in Dorchester and were kicked out of the bar around 10:30 PM. Colin can be seen in this short video chirping at a middle aged man with gray hair across the bar. After leaving the bar the Alberts and Colin's friends reportedly waited outside and proceeded to jump one of the middle aged men they were arguing with inside the bar. Three BPD cruisers pulled up within minutes, but didn't stay long. Colin was not reportedly involved in the jumping, but was one of the instigators inside the bar. Regardless, the energy that the Alberts walk with when they go out drinking in public, and their constant inability to avoid threats and physical altercations, is further evidence that they are nothing but thugs. Now imagine what they would do if a drunk middle aged man stumbled into their homes and disrespected the family patriarch, Brian Albert Sr.
