What amazes me about EUS-guided gallbladder drainages is how they have gone from *nonexistent* to widespread in 10 yrs. When I started doing these a decade ago I got tremendous pushback from surgery/IR/etc and now they are essentially routine. #gitwitter #surgery #medicine #medx
