What is this move called?

Interesting locked hands situation in Trumble's R1 match. He is on top &amp; gets hit w/ locked hands violation. You generally cannot lock hands on top but there are a few exceptions. I had thought a legit pinning attempt was an exception but it appears to be more nuanced than that.

Damn. Takes him feet to back twice with the same throw. Kinda like a headlock but instead of clubbing the head he bites it, pulls it left to off-balance, then runs him down &amp; rotates him to his back
