Keeping all politics and everything else aside, I just want to acknowledge the power and enigma of KARMA 🙏🏼 A mother who lost her daughter, her everything, didn't even get the chance to do her daughter's last rites properly, cannot even say her daughter's name out in the public, was beaten and humiliated in the public, offered money to keep silent, and a lot more; all of which happened when Mamata Banerjee was is power, was the CM of our state and also the Health Minister. Today that mother is sitting right where Mamata Banerjee sat a month back. Yes she did not get her daughter back but somewhere somehow she found relief. On the other hand Mamata Banerjee has lost her position as a CM, lost her own seat against Suvendu Adhikari, lost many of her own loyal party members, got kicked out of Nabanna and is also about to lose her own party's flag and symbol. Well I don't know what else can define Karma. Ratna Debnath waited for almost 2 years but Karma never forgot to keep an account. Har Har Mahadev 🧿

🚨 Today evening a fellow Doctor, Anismita Basu booked a bike through inDrive app. Due to the driver's delay, she cancelled the booking. What followed was shocking: 🚨The driver called 17 times, harassing her. 🚨Sent an obscene video on WhatsApp. 🚨Called again, using profanities, vulgar language and threatening her, saying, "If I see you in the area, I'll skin you alive." InDrive authorities responded with indifference, saying, "Our representative will contact you soon." We strongly condemn this incident, Indrive's irresponsible behavior and their employees' mentality. This mindset breeds audacity, resulting in incidents like " Another RGKar incident will happen" (RG Kar করে দেবো) - A hospital name used as a threat. We demand exemplary punishment for the driver and better background checks from inDrive to prevent such incidents. TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee has mocked the Junior Doctors by saying that they are doing Fast unto Hospitalisation instead of Fast unto Death. This means that he wants the Junior Doctors to die 🙂 Dr. Debashis Halder Da of WBJDF gave a fitting reply to his remarks! He said that Junior Doctors are not doing the fast by eating Sandwich or Chocolates. When it comes to language West Bengal has always been very tolerant. Most Bengalis can speak hindi or switch to english as per the ease of communication. But this is not the same when it comes to many other states of India. I am not against this tolerance because language shouldn't be a barrier but the pseudo superiority of "speaking hindi" is unacceptable. Yes, you might not know another language but you should respect the same when u speak with the residents of a certain state. You cannot mock any other regional language only because you can't speak the same and say remarks like "Go to Bangladesh if you speak Bengali" ‼️ Hindi is widely spoken, true, but not the national language. People must learn to respect and embrace other cultures and languages as well 🙂

🚨 Yet another incident. This time in Metro. The lady says that "You are not in Bangladesh, You are at India" to another woman, for speaking bengali 🙂 She also adds, "You must speak and learn Hindi" ‼️ Hindi is not our national language. For the matter of fact there is no designated national language of India. This false notion and mockery of other languages should stop ⚠️

🆘 Shocking Attack on Doctor in Chennai ‼️ 🚨 Oncologist Dr. Balaji Jagannathan was brutally stabbed 7 times by a man posing as a patient at 10.15 AM today. 🚨 The doctor is now in the ICU with serious injuries.
