MarShawn Lloyd Are the Packers really starting the season with their RB1 having a total of 6 carries in the NFL? Yes! Lloyd actually has an absolutely insane injury history and it all stems back to 1 injury. Here’s my thoughts and where I stand on him in drafts

Puka Nacua How risky is this psoas injury? What is a psoas? The WR1-2 (depending on the site), played 100% of games in 2023 (rookie), then missed 5 in 2024 (knee, PCL), and only 1 game last year (high ankle). He finished as the WR1 on 166 targets, 1715 receiving yards and 10 TDs He’s been busy this offseason, biting people and running into glass doors. Now there’s a possible looming suspension. Are you smashing the draft button if he’s available?

Here’s Kevin O’Leary doing EBOO in Dubai, a treatment I offer in all 4 of my offices (The Osteopathic Center: Miami, Jupiter, Jacksonville, Knoxville). It’s a form of blood filtering that uses a modified-form of oxygen called ozone combined with a dialysis filter to clean the blood of various toxins including microplastics, heavy metals, mold, spike proteins, biofilm (Lyme), and kills any bacteria, fungi or virus in the blood. Takes about 90 minutes and costs about $1300.

Patrick Mahomes Left knee sprain Hyperextended - often PCL is stressed. Initial forces to lateral knee (LCL + posterolateral corner) but outside chance the ACL is impacted. There’s a little medial stress (MCL) at the end. I expect him to get checked out in the locker room, hopefully everything checks out. With the Chiefs out of the playoffs, I wonder if Mahomes gets shut down for the rest of the year.

Tank Dell suffered one of the worst orthopedic injuries you can suffer - a dislocated knee. Usually this leads to 2-4+ ligaments being torn, often including the ACL. These are extremely difficult injuries to return from, especially at a high level like the NFL expects. Here Tank is working with Dr. ‘Reef’ Tabbah in South Florida on his knee. It’s unclear if he will be effective this season, but I’m excited to see how much progress he made. Tyreek Hill is attempting to return from the same severe injury.

Thoughts on Jordyn Tyson’s likely grade 2 right hamstring strain‼️

Jayden Daniels Right hamstring vs. knee injury His hamstring was stretched in an abnormal position. If his knee is involved, it’s most likely an injury to his (posterior) meniscus. ACL unlikely but possible. You would think it would have been to his left knee the way it bent but no. That was the knee he previously injured. You can see him grab the back of his right leg/knee at the end of the play.

Sam LaPorta He’s currently the TE6 off the board. He only missed 2 games in his entire (college + NFL) career before a significant back injury in 2025 set him back, causing him to miss the last 8 games of the year. He had a significantly herniated disc in his lumbar, which required surgery (microdiscectomy) by Dr. Robert Watkins. Laporta has since been cleared and I share my thoughts on his 2026 outlook here ⬇️

Arik Armstead of the Jaguars shares his trip to Germany going to the same doctor where Christian McCaffrey and Usain Bolt go. Likely many others. Looks like a combination of evaluation, examination, OMM, acupuncture, imaging and homeopathy. Great price too!!!
