When you blow up narratives around law & order while DMK was ruling without even understanding the issue, now its the opposition turn to grill you. Guard on top noticed something, but he might not have understood it right away (maybe a language barrier) One guard understood and got the info from the van. Vijay himself asked what the issue was and threw them a water bottle. He might have thought it was a normal issue, stayed for a few minutes and then left the place. Zero planning, zero organisational skill in the party. Literally a mob event.
