Ukraine is enduring its coldest winter in years. As temperatures drop to -15°C, russia is weaponising the freeze – targeting grids and power stations to deny heat and light to millions. The latest strikes on 8-9th and 13th January severely damaged energy grids in Kyiv, Odesa and Dnipro. Hundreds of thousands lost electricity in the depths of winter. Our response: 629 repair crews working round the clock in sub-zero conditions, under the constant threat of renewed attacks. This is what resilience looks like.
