The devastating numbers of Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy... infrastructure: Since the start of the heating season, Russia has attacked Ukrainian energy facilities and heat supply systems 256 times, the Security Service of Ukraine said. Russian forces deliberately targeted Ukraine's 11 hydroelectric power plants and 45 major combined heat and power plants. In addition, they carried out 49 targeted aerial strikes on thermal power plants and 151 strikes on electrical substations. Each attack was combined: dozens of Geran drones and Iskander, Kalibr, Kh-101, and Kh-69 missiles. The heaviest strikes were recorded in Kyiv and Kyiv region, as well as in Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Chernihiv regions. Through D․TRADING we`ve completed our first LNG cargo purchased on an FOB basis, managing the full journey from Louisiana to Lithuania. The Gaslog Houston arrived in Klaipėda yesterday with 160,000 cubic metres of LNG. Once re-gasified, this gas will flow to Ukraine, Baltic countries, Poland and neighbouring markets, strengthening energy security across Central and Eastern Europe. Ukraine needs around 4 bcm of gas imports this winter following russian attacks on its production and storage infrastructure. Strengthening air defense is a priority for Ukraine. Russia launched yet another attack on several Ukrainian regions:... ◾️ In Odesa region, a strike by attack drones caused a fire at a transport infrastructure facility. Fortunately, there were no casualties. ◾️ In Mykolaiv, the enemy attack targeted an industrial infrastructure facility. Six people injured, three of them in serious condition. ◾️ Russian drone attacks have damaged equipment and left consumers without power in the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions.
