The song "Marmalade Dream" was sampled in the game "Welcome To Roblox Building", created by Roblox in late 2010. Several looping seconds of the song were used for the "Electronic" channel of the boombox. The creator of the song, Skybax, unfortunately passed away in 2007 due to a cerebral hemorrhage caused by the aftermath of a bar fight. The Finnish creator composed the song in 2001.

The original model of 1x1x1x1 made by Mewsitive in 2014 actually has an earlier version attached to it. This earlier version has a glowing torso, as well as a script that made him shed blood upon being harmed. It would also add the health and level to the humanoid name, harm you when touched, and respawned upon death. These were removed in a 2015 update to the model.

The account "Videocontest" was initially created in July 2007 by Roblox staff to take submissions for the Humorous Video Contest. Weirdly, the starter place for the account (which is only downloadable) contains very strange base64 audio that can only be heard in a 2007 client.
