Should Albania 🇦🇱 and Kosovo 🇽🇰 hold a unification referendum to create a single Albanian nation? A unification between Albania and Kosovo would: >Solve the issues with Kosovo’s status >Enable Kosovo to join the NATO and the EU via Albania >Grant Kosovo access to international waters >Give Albania access to Kosovo’s vast mineral resources >Create a larger domestic market of roughly 6.5 million people >Increase regional bargaining power for both Albanians and Kosovar Albanians

It’s always funny to me when Serbs cry about having been occupied by the Turks, because they literally were responsible for it. Albanians, Greeks, and Hungarians were fighting like warriors while Serbs constantly tried to sabotage the resistance They actively prevented Hunyadi and Skanderbeg from joining forces not once, but twice - in the Second Battle of Kosovo and in the Battle of Varna - as well as helping the Ottomans sack the city of Constantinople Turkish rule over the Balkan Peninsula was literally a Serbian achievement and Serbs have always been a backstabbing cancer to the whole region
