If you think telehealth affiliates are wild… Wait until you see iGaming. Look at this ad: DEEPFAKE Logan Paul interviewing Camilla Araújo… Asking how she made $2.5M playing “Chicken Road”. Sounds ridiculous? I think so too. But it’s scaling on Facebook right now. Across multiple pages. Not even cloaked. You click… And land on a fake "Chicken Road" casino game. You “win” money almost instantly... Then comes the punchline: “Cash out” You click it… And it pushes you to download the app. That’s where they get paid. 220+ active ads.

This brand is PRINTING $4 MILLION+/month selling lymphatic drainage drops... And they're still using Shopify Payments. Should you do it? Probably not. Are there brands doing serious numbers with it anyway? Absolutely. They have 4,700+ active ads on Meta right now. But here's what really caught my attention... Deepfakes. Not one. Not two. Dozens. Barbara O'Neill deepfakes... Everywhere. At a $4M/month run rate... That's a HUGE risk to take. Most brands clean things up once they get big. These guys? They're doubling down. Different risk tolerance. Different game.

You would think GLP-1s killed the weight loss supplement market... I did at least. Couldn't be more wrong. There’s a weight loss offer running 24,000+ active ads right now. Yes. Twenty-four thousand. And that's just on Meta. The funniest part? Still using the same gelatin mechanism. And the winning ad? Just a obvious Oprah deepfake talking head. No groundbreaking angle. No fancy editing. Just volume. Lots of it. While I thought like weight loss was dead. 24,000 ads say otherwise.

2,800+ active ads on a DICK supplement brand... Yeah. You read that right. I found this one while digging through Brandsearch. Almost 90% of their ads are pushing ED angles. Subscription only model. Scaling hard. And here's the funny part: Most people won't touch this niche. → Too embarrassing → Too many payment processing issues → Too many ad account problems → Too much compliance headache So they go sell another weight loss gummy instead. Meanwhile... Brands like UltimaPeak get to play in a less crowded market. The pain is obvious. The market is huge. And customers are actively looking for solutions. You don't need to convince someone they have a problem. They already know. You just need to convince them you're the solution. PS: Check all the landings they are running below.

This is how DEEPFAKE ads are getting approved on Facebook… While your basic dropshipping ads get rejected. You’d think Meta reviews the whole ad, right? Wrong. There’s an editing trick that’s been around for years… And people are still abusing it. The play is simple: → First 3–5 seconds = attention-grabbing deepfake split screen → After that = black/gradient background + captions + cloned voice So what happens? The compliant background gets the approval. The hook… slides through. You might be thinking: “Does this even convert?” Let’s be real… Do you think they’re donating money to Zuckerberg? Yeah. Didn’t think so. Disclaimer: Not telling you to do it. Just showing you what’s happening.

There’s a “coffee trick to reverse Alzheimer’s” offer… Running 9,500+ ads on Facebook right now. Same playbook. Different day. → “60 Minutes” style layout → Deepfake experts → “Hidden discovery” angle This time? Selling a powder supplement instead of capsules. You already know the story: “Big pharma doesn’t want you to know…” “15-second morning ritual…” “1 weird coffee trick…” Nothing new. But here’s what caught my attention: AOV is easily $350+. And the checkout? Not ClickBank. Not BuyGoods. Not CartPanda. Some Brazilian checkout I hadn’t seen before. “PagAmerican”. Funny name… Almost like they KNOW their audience. 9,500 ads. High AOV. Custom back-end.
