The problems are in the form of thoughts. Everything in the world, even your personal limited existence is a thought. Be still and know yourself.

Personality is a burden. Be empty within. Joy then becomes your nature. You don't need to play roles, you can be yourself - relaxed and well rested in Being. When you don't fight to get another piece of the world, you find a place to be - You. Being one with Self is being one with God.
