New PB ✅ British Record 47:12 🇬🇧 4th place (again 😭) at Seven Hills - depsite being 28s quicker than my last PB from 3 years ago!! Takes me to 2nd on the European all-time list. ✌️ Might have been a little too controlled early doors, but those 7 hills are brutal. 😅
