Anthony Joshua’s 𝘀𝗲𝘅 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗹 has sent the American audience into a frenzy. AJ’s gained millions of followers in just 3 days, largely female & indiscriminate of race. Anthony Joshua is now the biggest heavyweight boxing star in America, after the 33 million Netflix viewers figures were released & the cultural knock-on effects of his win over Jake Paul. His reach has transcended far beyond the usual suspects in boxing, courtesy of Netflix & their degree of mainstream/pop culture penetration. In terms of relevance, platform & pop culture penetration, Joshua has now become the top of that pile ⭐️ This decade, Tyson Fury held the mantle of the biggest heavyweight boxing star in America. After knocking out Deontay Wilder twice & building his brand state-side towards the end of the 2010s after their first fight… Fury took America by storm. However, following his association with FBI-investigated individuals, he has been banned from entering the United States of America 🇺🇸 Limiting how much grip he can keep of his current standing there. Tyson crossed into the mainstream domain & his own Netflix documentary was the number 1 watched globally, at one point. However, the boxing world of entertainment (and showbiz more broadly) moves at pace. Relevance is the main metric. After having just knocked out Jake Paul in devastating fashion on the biggest digital platform available globally, Anthony Joshua is now a more talked about name in the mainstream American public domain than Deontay Wilder or Tyson Fury. He has gained millions of followers in 3 days 📱 #boxingnews #boxing #AnthonyJoshua #heavyweightboxing #JakePaul #JakeJoshua #TysonFury

Was Anthony Joshua vs Jake Paul 𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗗 until the KO? 🔹 Jake got dropped by a ‘phantom punch’ that never landed, in Round 6 🔹 AJ threw a career-low number of punches/round 🔹 In the Round 5 knockdown, Joshua landed on Jake’s shoulder/glove… not his head ❌ 🔹 Jake Paul never got struck by a low blow, AJ landed on Jake & manoeuvres his knee to stabilise himself for support as he climbs to his feet 🔹 Anthony Joshua never denied Jake Paul 1 clinching attempt 🔹 Joshua double-telegraphed his shots & Jake Paul began moving away before he even threw the punch Full breakdown is here: There is a large body of ‘questionable’ incidents in the Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua fight, last night. Howbeit, the KO was real. It would be foolish to say otherwise. Paul’s head snaps back & the whiplash is visible. His mouth bloodied & the X-ray verified that today 🩻 Whether it was Anthony Joshua massaging the earlier rounds, or deliberately withdrawing in certain fight-ending positions (I.e. Jake flat footed & sideways on to him)… there are strong grounds to question to authenticity of last night’s match. Whether that be pressure from Netflix to deliver value for money, or a ‘gentleman’s agreement’ to not finish this early… there’s certainly grounds for questioning how organic last night’s fight was. Irrespective of a 22x22ft ring. #JakePaul #JakeJoshua #AnthonyJoshua #pauljoshua #boxing

Are Tyson Fury & Conor Benn really 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗦 in 2026? 🤔 🔹 Tickets are now priced as low as £12 🔹 Almost every section of the stadium has unsold tickets left 🔹 Even 2 tiers below the ‘roof seats’ there are tickets remaining for £17. 🔹 Benn & Fury’s combined star power is doing the heavy lifting for #FuryMakhmudov as neither have a mainstream dance partner… but tickets are still not shifting 🔹 Historically, no Anthony Joshua fight night since 2015 has sold tickets for cheaper than £40 (either in a stadium or arena). Which raises the question about whether Fury is still an outright big star in 2026, and whether Conor Benn was ever one to begin with. On the other hand, it could be argue that Anthony Joshua was a beneficiary of the Matchroom-SkySports era which automatically plugged his every move to the mainstream audience 🔌 Frank Warren & Eddie Hearn have no involvement in this event. So neither Benn or Tyson have the 2 most experience UK promoters behind them, this time around. So are Conor Benn & Tyson Fury outright big stars - who don’t need dance partners? Certainly a subjective debate 🤔 #TysonFury #ConorBenn #BennPrograis #HeavyweightBoxing

Anthony Joshua 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗗 under Ben Davison: 🔹 Joshua lost his neutral spine - leaning over his front foot ❌ 🔹 AJ threw more naked right hands in 3 fights with Ben, than he’d done in all the other fights of his career before that ❌ 🔹 Joshua’s lead hand & rear hand were collectively lower away from his guard, than at any other point of his career. On the other hand, Ben Davison got Anthony Joshua back to being the closest he’s ever looked to the ‘AJ of old’… ever since he lost to Andy Ruiz. Under Ben’s tutelage, he improved his foot feinting game to make entries & built on an existing footprint put in place by Derrick James. I’ve broken down both sides to the debate here, in extensive detail: #AnthonyJoshua #JakeJoshua #JakePaul #PaulJoshua #Boxing

Did Anthony Joshua have more success against Usyk, than Tyson Fury? 🧐 🔹 Joshua was never dropped by Usyk, but Fury was ✅ 🔹 AJ won more rounds on the scorecards than Fury did, across their 2 cracks at Usyk ✅ 🔹 Joshua put more dents into Usyk & hurt him most ✅ 🔹 AJ made more improvements between his 1st & 2nd Usyk match, than Fury did ✅ 🔹 Anthony Joshua came closest to badly wobbling/knocking down Usyk across the 4 matches he had with both Tyson & AJ. 🔹 Joshua was able to command centre-ring for minutes at a time… whereas Tyson Fury couldn’t hold the centre longer than a 40 second interval, across 24 rounds against Oleksandr Usyk. From 0:32, I break down the tactical nuances which ultimately distinguished their 2 performances against Usyk. Today I’m playing Anthony Joshua’s lawyer in court 😂 Tomorrow, I’ll be playing Tyson Fury’s lawyer & putting his case forward 🥊
