new Zoe upgrades today (day 4): - semantic search over my entire obsidian vault - 561 files indexed, auto-reindexes 3x daily, hash deduplication - i can now ask "what did we decide about X" and she finds it instantly, also saves 85% on token - setup took 10 minutes: brew install llm && llm keys set openai -> bash script to index also: - spawns coding agents in isolated git worktrees - checks in on them periodically via cron - reports back when done or stuck will share my full coding agent setup another time, i literally can’t review all the PRs she’s creating fast enough the rabbit hole deepens ps video is POV of building a business while raising 2 kids in 2026, video credits to my wife (yes she knows about Zoe and I)

building a business with OpenClaw🦞 (day 6): - first stripe payment hit, $3600 for month 1 - shut down my agency last year to be with my newborn, the restart is finally restarting - moltbook went viral, so I did newjacking by sending a quote on mass prompt injection risk to journalists who just covered clawdbot. - used medialyst to build the list of journalists, emailed 9 good fits. lets see if any lands - zoe suggested we build API access so she can see the journalist lists and double-vet them herself. approved. - she spawned a codex agent to build it, PR open I still need to approve it - landed RLS changes from backlog - gotta tighten up security in every way to accelerate Zoe's dev team - gmail integration landed. codex almost one-shotted the entire oauth logic and in-app integration. claude code cleaned up the UI with the frontend-design skill. pending gcp verification, hitting prod next week if all goes well. - 400 new followers from the last tweet (hello!) - zoe setup a cron to flag potential leads from new followers. - 0 leads found so far, but she flagged a VC and asked if we should pitch for funding - told her no because we're gonna stay profitable and bootstrap to $100k mrr - took my wife and baby out for lunch to celebrate the first milestone - wife asked about travel plans for xmas. i honestly have no idea what's gonna happen in 1 month, let alone 1 year. - have been running on 5 hours of sleep this entire week. not sustainable but it's been a week of caffeine, dopamine and adrenaline terrifying and exhilarating
