SEYI MAKINDE RAISED THE SAME MATTER THAT I HAVE BEEN PLEADING WITH THE FGN TO EXECUTE SINCE 2023 SUBSIDISED PRODUCTION PRICING MODEL.THE SAME MODEL ADOPTED BY SAUDI ARABIA THE NNPC LTD AND DANGOTE REFINERIES ARE CURRENTLY FLEECING NIGERIANS THROUGH THEIR OBNOXIOUS ROCKET AND FEATHER PMS PRICE ADJUSTMENTS MECHANISM.. NMDPRA IS TIED UP BY THE CRIMINAL INSERTIONS IN THE PIB , THUS, HINDERED TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP THIS FLEECING.... I WISH TO SHARE MY CREATIVE SOLUTIONS AGAIN👇 I wrote the article below on July 2, 2023. I MODIFIED IT AGAIN IN 2024 AND MARCH 9, 2026... TODAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, I AM sharing it again for the benefits of those, who honestly desire to see Nigeria fixed ...PROVERB 25:5 IS THE LOT OF NIGERIA TODAY.... All over the sane world, what is subsidised is production and not consumption... 💢TRANSPARENTLY SUBSIDISING DOMESTIC CRUDE OIL REFINING AND WHITE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA ... ✍️The greatest impediment to creativity, production and support of honest entrepreneurship in Nigeria is the massive public sector corruption.... ✍️Nigeria has three refinery complex with combined refining capacity of 445,000 barrels a day that is dormant and refining nothing... ✍️The refineries are: 1. The Port Harcourt refinery comprises two units – the old plant 60,000bpd and the new plant (150,000bpd): 2. The Warri refinery has a capacity of 125,000bpd 3. The Kaduna Refinery with a 110,000 barrels per day refining capacity... ✍️Between 1993 to 2025, Nigeria has wasted over $17billion to $25billion on failed Turn Around Maintenance Programs on those three refinery complex with no success in sight . ✍️ These are brand new three refineries, that were built over a combined period, that spanned 24 years [ 1962 to 1986], between 3 Heads of State [ Gowon, Obasanjo and Babaginda] ✍️Kindly recollect that in March 2021, the Federal Executive Council approved $1.5 billion for the rehabilitation of the Port Harcourt refinery. The Federal Government said the rehabilitation contract was awarded to Tecnimont SPA, an Italian company, and the refinery would be rehabilitated in about 44 months. ✍️In August 2021, FEC approved $1.48 billion for the rehabilitation of the Warri and Kaduna refineries. $897 million would be spent to repair the Warri refinery, while the Kaduna refinery will gulp $586 million. ✍️The contracts were awarded to Messers Saipem SPA and Saipem Contracting Limited and the refineries will be rehabilitated in three phases of 21, 23 and 33 months respectively. ✍️kindly note that Melee Kyari and co, just like I predicted in 2021/22,wasted and misappropriated the whole $3billion without the Refineries working ✍️In 2026. President Tinubu rather than take the creative and more pragmatic steps of unbundling and Restructuring the ownership, operation and management the NNPC, so as to enable it run like the PETROBRAS AND NLNG, has once again like Buhari, caved in to the wrong counsels of these guys , who leech on our common patrimony, by approving another NNPC waste jamboree of $2.5billion with the Chinese. Any revamp works with NNPC still under the existing public sector corruption chokehold will never work . ✍️To build a brand new 160,000 barrels per day [8million/tons per annum] capacity refineries w equipped with catalytic cracking, vis-breaking, and gasoline units to yield upto 55% of gasoline from a barrel of crude processed with cost about $6billion ... ✍️Kindly note that out of this projected N6billion cost outlay, the very high proportion of “offsites” (production of utilities, storage, receiving and shipping facilities), represents almost 50% of the cost of such refinery..[ these facilties already exist in the existing refineries in Warri and Portharcourt ✍️Without sentiments, the Kaduna Refinery which is located far away from heavy crude supplies and looking at modern refinery technology in place today is way obsolete, unprofitable and should be scrapped

Prof. Stella Okunna has revealed on Gbam Interview that when Peter Obi appointed her as the commission for information in Anambra State, she was scared because she did not know who Peter Obi was and the character he possessed. Prof. Stella explained that she had not met Peter Obi before she was appointed as the Commissioner for information and the day she met him for the first time, was the day he swore her and other appointees into the Anambra state civil service. She said she wanted to turn down the offer because she did not know what kind of person he was and if he is someone who lies but she was persuaded by her family to take the job. She explained that the first day she had a meeting with Peter Obi, she told him that as his commissioner for information, she would not tell lies on his behalf or forge any information to paint him as a saint in the eyes of the public. Prof. Stella said when Peter Obi hears this, he smiled and told her that she will not have to worry about that when working with him and he would make sure that nothing like that happens in his administration. She further revealed that throughout her time working with him, Peter Obi kept to his words and didn't ask her to publish any false information as the Commissioner for information and his Chief of Staff. She concluded by calling Peter Obi a world class Governor. Admin Ekwulobia. oseni rufai OJY OKPE charles aniagolu please invite this lady to hear first hand from her

EVEN IN HIS ARROGANT DRUNKENNESS AND VOMIT, THE DRUNKARD FROM OBIAKPOR CONTINUES TO SHAME AND BURY THE APC .... The Loquacious drunkard from Obiakpor, River state asked which IDP camp did PO visit when he was Governor [2006-2014] Records from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) reported officially, that as at December 2013, that about 16,470 officially registered internally displaced persons (IDPs) were living in camps across various states in Nigeria. During his time as Governor, During the severe 2012 flooding disaster, Peter Obi—then the Governor of Anambra State—accommodated displaced citizens from neighboring Kogi State who crossed into Anambra for refuge. Not only did he visit them, he spent Anambra state resources to ensure they are protected and well provided for ...He visited many times to ensure their welfare was optimised Peter Obi left office as Governor on March 14, 2014 As at the time Buhari/APC took over power in 2015 , the population of Nigerians in IDP camp as captured empirically by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) was a total of 389,281 internally displaced persons (IDPs) across Adamawa, Bauchi, Gombe, Taraba, and Yobe states in north-east Nigeria [borno data was hazy] In under 11 years of the APC satanic misgovernance, according to the UNHCR records;, the population of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), According to official UNHCR and regional displacement statistics for West and Central Africa, Nigeria hosts approximately 8.1 million total displaced persons, refugees, or persons of concern ...and 330,000 refugees in Chad , Niger and Cameroon.... Even by the admittance of the Nigeria criminal and fraudulent official figure, the number is 3.6million people in IDP camps So, how many IDP camps have this drunkard and his oga, visited since they grabbed and stole power in 2023... The More this drunken sailor and moron open his gutters , the more he provokes Nigerians If Nigerians truly value their lives and existence, they must do whatever is necessary to exorcise these demons out of power in 2027

DREDGING THE 218KM ESCRAVOS-ONITSHA RIVER CHANNEL AND UPGRADING THE ONITSHA RIVER PORT TO RECIEVE AND ACCOMMODATE 12,000,000 TONS OF CARGO ANNUALLY, UNDER A ROBUST MCDPPP FRAMEWORK THIS IS WHAT CHARLES CHUKWUMA SOLUDO SHOULD FOCUS ON, INSTEAD OF WASTING ANAMBRA RESOURCES ON AN AIROPOLIS. Nigeria can easily grow and generate over USD$25billion annually from her Blue economy (which include maritime and opening up sustainably the River Transport Channel from the Escravos to Onitsha under a creative and robust MCDPPP framework EXECUTIVE BRIEF...... Developing and maintenance-dredging the 218-kilometer Escravos-to-Onitsha shipping channel is very FEASIBLE, TECHNICALLY VIABLE, PRODUCTIVITY CATALYTIC AND ECONOMICALLY OPTIMIZED EXECUTED UNDER A CREATIVE DESIGN AND EXECUTION STRUCTURE This can be achieved by dredging and desilting it to just about 5meter depth (with good shoreline protections, and deploying and utilizing mostly self propelled , shallow-draft, wide-beam flat-bottom barges (5,000 DWT) only along the river the channel. The Project Design and Arrangement will require significantly lower capital expenditure compared to DREDGING AND DESILTING the River Niger Channel to deep-sea vessel channels, which require a draft of over 9 to 12 meters. This design will create a sustainable marine logistics link between the Atlantic Ocean and the Industrial/ Commercial hub of Onitsha. Technical Viability and Design Framework: Channel Profile and Hydrology: Distance: 218 kilometres from the Escravos River mouth (Gulf of Guinea) through the Delta network into the primary River Niger channel up to Onitsha. 2. Target Draft Clearance: 4.5 meters under lowest low-water datum (LLWD). This accommodates a 5,000-ton flat-bottom barge drawing roughly 3.8 meters of water, leaving a safe 0.7-meter under-keel clearance. 3. Siltation Dynamics: The Lower Niger experiences aggressive seasonal sedimentation. The self -propelled flat-bottom design eliminates the need to over-dredge to a depth of 9meters plus, saving billions in annual maintenance costs. CAPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIRED a). Capital Dredging: Initial excavation of bottleneck areas, specifically sandbars around the Escravos bar and structural bottlenecks between Warri and Onitsha. b). River Training Works: Installing dynamic groynes and geotextile breakwaters at critical bends to narrow the flow, increase natural velocity, and minimize sand dropping back into the channel. c). Navigational Aids: Solar-powered lit buoys, vessel traffic monitoring systems (VTMS), and automated water-level gauge networks to enable continuous 24-hour river piloting. FUNDING OUTLAY, FINANCING ARCHITECTURE AND COMMERCIAL PRICING MODEL (UNDER THE MCDPPP) TOTAL CAPITAL OUTLAY (CAPEX): N250.0 Billion/USD$178.57 Million MAJOR CAPEX BREAKDOWN: 1. Dredging Machinery and Support Fleet: N75.00 Billion/ $53.57 Million 2. Shipyard Vessel Fabrication: ₦105Billion/USD$75Million 3. Civil Infrastructure and Telematics:N55Billion/USD$39.2m 4. Promoters Costs/Working Contingency: N15bn/ USD$10.71m FINANCING PLAN: 1. 30% Promoters Equity: N75bn/USD$53.57million 2. 70% World Bank/AFDB Loan (25 years): USD125/N175bn 3. Tenor: 10 years 4. Interest Rate : 14% COMMERCIAL PRICING MODEL UNDER THE PPP.... Designed and Built around an inland marine toll/cargo processing tariff of ₦9,000 ($6.43 USD) per metric ton of cargo, ensuring immense pricing advantages over expensive long-haul road transport networks (which simply means that you can move your 40 feet container from Lagos to Onitsha River Port at a cost of less than N250,000), without being harassed and extorted by a long chain of Uniformed Bandits on the Lagos-Benin Highway Which also means that you can export your goods from Onitsha to other parts of Africa without encountering the long chain of uniformed rogues. oseni rufai SeunOkin Channels tv charles aniagolu Seyi Makinde Alex Otti Sam Amadi

DR NGOZI OKONJO IWEALA ON THE OJI ONU, WHO IS ALWAYS READY TO YIELD HIMSELF AND MAKE HIMSELF AVAILABLE FOR POLITICAL MISCHIEVES, WITCHCRAFT AND GAMES WHO WAS THE CBN GOVERNOR FROM MAY 29, 2024 TO MAY 29, 2009? DID THE BANKS ACTUALLY RECAPITALISE IN THE REAL SENSE OF IT ...? HOW DID A NEWLY RECAPITALISED BANKING SECTOR, THAT GAVE RISE TO 25 BANKS THAT CLAIMED THEY RAISED THEIR CAPITAL TO N360BILLION/$2.7BILLION IN DECEMBER 31, 2005, CREATED HOLES AND TOXIC ASSETS IN THEIR BOOKS OF OVER N5.4TRILLION/$36BILLION THAT WAS ACQUIRED BY AMCON AND PAID FOR BY THE TAX PAYERS IN 2010? IT WAS LAX AND INCOMPETENT SUPERVISION BY THE APEX BANK UNDER THE OJI ONU, THAT LED TO THE ROT IN THE INDUSTRY......GUY MAN WAS BUSY BLOWING GRAMMAR AND FAMZYING THE BANKING COWBOYS, WHO BLIND FOLDED HIM IN HIS CRASS IGNORANCE AND RAN ROUGHSHOD OVER THE INDUSTRY READ BELOW WHAT NGOZI OKONJI IWEALA SAID👇 "For anyone who has not read Professor Charles Soludo’s article in the Vanguard on January 25 2015, I would encourage them to do so. It is littered with abusive and unbecoming language. It shows how an embittered loser in the Nigerian political space can get so derailed that they commit intellectual harakiri by deliberately misquoting economic facts and maliciously turning statistics on their head to justify a hatchet job. We hope all the intellectuals in the international circles in which Professor Soludo has told us he flies around in will read what a Professor of Economics has chosen to do with his intellect. In this one article Soludo has shamelessly pandered to so many past leaders that Nigerians are asking one more time — what position is Soludo gunning for now? He claims he has had his own share of public service, yet he has failed twice in his attempts to be Governor of Anambra State and Vice Presidential candidate of various parties. There is definitely an issue of character with Prof. Charles Soludo and his desperate search for power and relevance in Nigeria. Nigerians should therefore beware of so-called intellectuals without character and wisdom because this combination is fatal. ON HIS CBN RECORD It is totally remarkable that Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, the man who presided over the worst mismanagement of Nigeria’s banking sector as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria between May 2004 and May 2009, can write about the mismanagement of the economy. The consolidation of the banking sector was a good policy idea of the Obasanjo Administration but Soludo went on to thoroughly mismanage its implementation leading to the worst financial crisis in Nigeria’s history. After consolidation, the regulatory functions of the Soludo-led CBN were very poorly exercised. As Governor, he failed to adequately supervise and regulate the now larger banks. In his time there was very little separation between the regulators and the regulated. This led to infractions in corporate governance in many banks as loans running to hundreds of billions of naira were extended without due process, and several of these loans could not be paid back. The banking sector was brought to its knees and required a massive bailout by Nigerian taxpayers. This bailout was done by his successor, who cleaned up the bad debts and transferred them to AMCON. Soludo’s single-handed mismanagement of the banking sector led to an incredible accumulation of liabilities that will cost taxpayers about N5.67 trillion to clean up. This amount is more than the entire Federal Government 2015 Budget and constitutes the bulk of Nigeria’s contingent liabilities mentioned in Soludo’s article. It is only in Nigeria where someone who perpetrated such a colossal economic atrocity would have the temerity to make assertions on public debt and the management of the economy"-DR NGOZI OKONJO IWEALA
