Do you like the last bite of an ice cream cone? I celebrated my 50th birthday in Italy, a place I was visiting for the first time. I reflected on my life and remembered 15 years ago. I felt the difficulty of continuing to pro wrestling in Japan and even considered retirement. If there was nothing I could do in Japan, I decided to escape somewhere, to go overseas, so I headed to Thailand, and from there my activities expanded to all of Asia, then to the UK, and now to the US. Remembering that, tears suddenly welled up as I realized that if I had quit wrestling back then, I wouldn't be in this situation. At that moment, a girl sitting at the same table must have sensed something when she saw my tears. She gave me the last bite of her ice cream. I love the toe of the cone! I met her 8 years ago, so she doesn't know my past. If she had met me 15 years ago, she would have been a 12-year-old girl. My tears stopped with laughter.
