He asked to take charge of the kidnapped rescue, which was turned down. He then ran out of options and issued a threat to the “kidnappers”. Boom, the kids were released. The dots are not hard to connect.✍️

It was more a case of misplaced priorities and poor strategic direction.😆🤣 We can still do it today if we want, but there are far better ways to deploy our reserves than tying them down with the World Bank. Besides, in 1963, the CBN was still headed by a British-born governor, Roy Pentelow Fenton.
